摘要
采用溶液吸收的分光光度法测定气态污染物时,标准系列溶液中除了待测成分处于唯一变量外,不应该再出现第二个变量,否则就违背了正交试验设计原理,影响测定条件的一致性,影响标准曲线的相关系数,影响相关系数的自由度,因此有必要对过去颁布的一系列国标方法进行普查,纠正方法中存在的不合理部分,使测定分析结果更加真实可靠。
In the determination of gaseous pollutants by solution absorption spectrophotometry, the second variable should not appear in the standard series solution except that the component to be measured is the only variable. Otherwise, it violates the principle of orthogonal experimental design,affects the consistency of determination conditions, the correlation coefficient of standard curve and the degree of freedom of correlation coefficient. Therefore, it is necessary to promulgate the past. A series of national standard methods were surveyed to correct the unreasonable parts in the methods, so as to make the results of measurement and analysis more authentic and reliable.
