摘要
ABS掺混单元在生产过程中产生的模头尾气,主要成分为苯乙烯、丙烯腈、甲苯、乙苯、异丙苯、正丙苯、苯甲醛、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等,也包含油类物质。在当前尾气治理行业中,尾气的治理通常使用焚烧,但掺混模头尾气VOCs浓度较低,直接焚烧会消耗过多的天然气等能源,因此本项目采用高压静电除油烟、光催化及颗粒碳再生吸附的方法,进行组合处理。其中的关键技术点主要包括3个方面,分别是除尘、除油,光催化和物理吸附。
        The die vent gases produced by the ABS compounding area during the production process is mainly composed of styrene, acrylonitrile, toluene, ethylbenzene, methyl methacrylate, etc., and also contains oily substances. In the current VOCs treatment industry, the treatment of die vent gases is usually incinerated, but the concentration of VOCs in the die vent gases is low, and direct incineration consumes too much energy such as natural gas. Therefore, to solve this problem,a composite gases purification method was used by high-voltage electrostatic degreasing, photocatalysis and activated carbon adsorption. The key technical points include three aspects, namely dust removal, degreasing, photocatalysis and physical adsorption.
