摘要

随着中国城镇化速度的不断加快,大城市人口基数突破千万级,加之科技催生的快速消耗产品之洪流越来越大,大城市产生的生活垃圾中可回收物体量巨大,但再生资源回收网点建设问题困难多,不能将可回收物应收尽收,"变废为宝"障碍重重,循环经济受到制约。主要对循环经济的意义和大城市再生资源回收网点建设用地现状、存在问题、保障措施进行分析探讨,为破解再生资源行业困境提供思路。
        With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the population base of big cities has broken through tens of millions, and the rapid consumption of products caused by science and technology has become more and more large.There are huge amounts of recyclables in domestic waste generated by big cities, but the construction of recycling outlets is more difficult, so it is impossible to collect all the recyclables, and the obstacles of "turning waste into treasure" are numerous, and the circular economy is constrained. In this paper, the significance of circular economy and the status quo, existing problems and safeguard measures of the supply of construction land for the recycling network construction in big cities were analyzed and discussed, providing ideas for solving the problems of recycling industry.
