摘要
炸药具有一定的使用寿命,废旧炸药主要来源于武器战斗部厂家的废弃炸药(如药柱、熔药余料等),由于炸药具有燃烧爆炸与有毒的特征,对人类和环境都有较大的威胁,废旧炸药的回收利用一直是弹药行业的一大难题。针对炸药注装药产生的废旧炸药回收再利用遇到的破碎问题开展了技术研究。设备的核心装置为破碎箱体,破碎箱体内有形状不同的三级破碎轧辊,采用阶梯式三级轧辊破碎技术实现废旧炸药的安全自动化破碎,对其主要计算参数进行分析是该研究的重中之重,用来验证不同的转速对破碎效果及破碎效率是否有影响。研究结果表明,不同转速对破碎炸药的破碎效果没有明显区别,只是对破碎效率有一定影响。该研究对炸药破碎设备具有一定的参考价值。
        The explosives had certain service life,waste explosives mainly came from weapon warhead manufacturers(for example grain,remnant of melted explosives an so on),because the explosives had the characters of the flammable,the explosive,and the toxic,it had huge threat to the humane safety and environment,recycling of waste explosives always was apuzzle to ammunition industry.It was researched that the problem of the crushing appeared in the explosives recycling of explosives loading.The core equipment was crushing box,there was three-stage crushing roller with different shape,realized automatic crushing of waste explosives through multistep three-stage roller crushing technique,among that,it was most important that analyzing main computing parameters,which was used to testify the impact of different revolving speed to crushing effect and crushing efficiency.The researching results showed that the different revolving speed had little impact to crushing effect,only had certain impact to crushing efficiency.The results had reference value to researching explosives crushing equipments.
