摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是近年来备受关注的长度大于200 nt的内源性非蛋白编码RNA。大量资料显示其参与了哺乳动物许多重要生理、病理过程,并在其中起到非常重要的生物学作用。主要针对lncRNA的基本概念、生物学特性及主要生物学功能进行综述,为lncRNA的相关研究提供参考。
        lncRNA was an endogenous non-protein encoded RNA with length larger than 200 nt which had attracted much attention in recent years. A lot of reports revealed that lncRNA was involved in many important physiological and pathological processes in animals and played a very important biological role. The basic concept,biological characteristics and main biological function were briefly introduced to provide reference for lncRNA related research.
