摘要
为解决废铜漆包线的回收问题,经过近几年的探究与经验积累,我司联合安徽楚江科技新材料股份有限公司等用户单位,成功研发了铜漆包线连续式热解回收关键技术及装备,该套设备最高温度能达到900℃,可实现连续运行,漆包线中铜回收率为99.5%,余热回收率达到85%以上。该套设备年回收铜产量达到2万吨,为我国铜资源的再利用及环保做出了重要贡献。
In order to solve the problem of recycling scrap copper enameled wire, after years of exploration and experience accumulation, our company has successfully developed key technologies and equipment for continuous pyrolysis recycling of copper enameled wires in combination with user units such as Anhui Chujiang Science and Technology New Materials Co.Ltd. The maximum temperature of the equipment can reach 900 ℃. It can realize continuous operation and 99.5% copper recovery in enameled wire. The recovery rate of waste heat is over 85%. The annual copper recovery output of the equipment reaches 20,000 tons, which has made an important contribution to the reuse of copper resources and environmental protection in China.
