摘要

新绛县是一个传统农业县,森林资源较少,发展林下经济可以从空间上和时间上对林地资源加以保护、利用和综合开发,紧抓林业草原改革发展的机遇,对新绛县林下经济的发展中存在的问题进行调查、研究,提出了为广大农民增收致富的对策建议。
        Xinyi County is a traditional agricultural county with few forest resources. The development of forest economy can protect, utilize and comprehensively develop forest land resources in space and time,and seize the opportunity of forestry grassland reform and development. This paper investigated the problems existing in the development of the county's under-forest economy, and it put forward countermeasures and suggestions for increasing the income of the peasants were put forward.
