宁夏南部山区产业扶贫现状及发展对策

摘要
党的十八大以来,党中央把产业扶贫作为推进精准扶贫的一项重要举措,在扶贫开发中收到了极其明显的效果.宁夏南部山区是宁夏回族自治区贫困人口最为集中的地区,在地理范围上主要指固原地区.近年来,宁夏南部山区立足当地资源禀赋,以市场为导向,大力发展农村特色产业,扶持农村企业成长,固牢"公司+农户"经营机制,形成了独特的产业扶贫发展模式.继续不断完善这种模式,克服存在的问题,将对实现精准脱贫目标具有非常重要的现实作用.
Since the 18 th national congress of the CPC, the CPC central committee has taken industrial poverty alleviation as an important measure to promote targeted poverty alleviation, which has received extremely obvious effects in poverty alleviation and development. The mountainous area in the south of Ningxia is the area where the poor people are most concentrated. In recent years, based on the local resource endowment and oriented by the market, the South Mountainous Region of Ningxia vigorously develops rural characteristic industries, supports the growth of rural enterprises, and strengthens the operation mechanism of "company + peasant household", forming a unique pattern of industrial poverty alleviation development. Continuous improvement of this model and overcoming existing problems will play a very important practical role in realizing the goal of precision poverty alleviation.
