摘要

土壤污染已成为中国突出的的环境问题,但相应的土壤污染治理工作缺乏完善的工作体系、工作基础、治理技术及管理规范缺乏导致其市场化发展方向不明晰,产业化发展处于初级阶段。通过对ROT模式、PPP模式、ROO模式和"互联网+"模式的剖析,并根据中国土壤污染治理行业发展现状及存在问题,立足于行业发展潜力与市场空间的拓展,构建了土壤污染防治的产业化发展模式,并针对性地提出相关的措施与建议。
        Soil pollution has become a prominent environmental problem in China. Due to the weakness in the application system, theory foundation, technology support and management criteria, the soil pollution control can't realize the marketization and the industrialization development. Based on the concepts of the ROT mode, PPP mode, ROO mode and "Internet +" mode, the status and problems in the soil pollution control industry were analyzed and the industrial development mode was founded for the promoting of the development potential and the exploration of market space. The corresponding measures and suggestions were discussed in this paper.
