城域级再生水回用复兴城市水系研究——以乌鲁木齐市为例

摘要
将污水处理并回收利用是缓解水资源短缺的重要途径之一。在对国外再生水利用状况简单分析的基础上,详细分析了新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市水资源状况,根据已有绿地规划,依托现状及规划水系,在保证再生水水质的基础上,将再生水全部用于绿化和景观用水,从而置换部分自来水、地下水。通过工程的规划和实施,将使乌鲁木齐市再生水利用率从18%提升至73%,大大缓解乌鲁木齐市的缺水问题,并为缺水城市水资源的高效利用提供典范。
        Sewage treatment and recycling is one of the effective means to alleviate water shortage. On the basis of summary of recycled water utilization inother countries, in-depth analysis is made on water resources situation of Urumqi City in Xinjiang Autonomous Region. According to the existed plans for green landscape and taking current situation and planned water systems into consideration, it is believed that the recycled water can all be used for the irrigation of greenbelts and landscape in order to replace parts of tap water and groundwater use, if its quality is being secured. With the planning and implementation of the project, the utilization rate of recycled water will see a dramatic increase from 18% to 73%, and water shortage in Urumqi will be greatly reduced. This practice shall provide a model for efficient utilization and recycled water in water-deficient cities.
