国际同领域期刊研究热点分析及对中文科技期刊内容建设的启示——以《中国卫生统计》为例

摘要
【目的】为中文科技期刊在内容上与国际接轨,又保持自己的特色,更好地服务于我国的科技发展提供参考。【方法】以国际医学统计领域代表期刊的研究热点作为参考,基于共词分析法探讨《中国卫生统计》研究热点与国际期刊的差别,提出国际研究热点对中文科技期刊内容建设的启示和改进方向。【结果】《中国卫生统计》的研究热点与国际联系较紧密,其中遗传关联研究、缺失数据、Meta分析、变量筛选为国内外共同关注的研究方向。国内医学统计研究的因果效应分析、自适应设计方面还处于探索阶段。医疗费用、卫生资源配置公平性、医疗保险、医学统计学教学、服务态度是《中国卫生统计》刊载的具有中国特色的研究主题。根据数据分析结果,国际研究热点对中文科技期刊内容建设的启示包括:发扬长处,加强国内外热点追踪;着力短板,及时报道学科前沿;准确定位,坚持中国特色;加强编辑专业素养,提高选题策划能力。【结论】全球信息一体化的发展加剧了国内外知识的传递和交流,中文科技期刊的内容建设必须依托国际化大环境,但又要保持本土特色,在国际化与本土化之间寻求平衡,真正提高中文科技期刊的学术质量和影响力,推动期刊的不断发展和进步。
[Purposes] This study aims to bring research content of Chinese scientific journals in line with the world,persist Chinese characteristics,and serve the development of science and technology better. [Methods] We explored the differences of research hotspots between Chinese Journal of Health Statistics and international representative journals in the same area using coword analysis,and provided advices and enlightenments to the content construction of Chinese scientific journals. [Findings] The hot topics of Chinese Journal of Health Statistics are closed to the international studies. Genetic correlation research,missing data,Meta-analysis,and variable selection are collective attention directions at home and abroad. Causal inference and adaptive design are still in an exploratory stage in China. Medical expenses,fairness of the allocation of health resources,medical insurance,medical statistics teaching,and service attitude are researche themes with Chinese characteristics which are published in the Chinese Journal of Health Statistics. According to the data analysis results,the implications to content construction of Chinese scientific journals include developing advantages to strengthen research hotspots tracking at home and abroad,focusing on disadvantages to report frontiers promptly,orienting rightly to persist Chinese characteristics,and enhancing editors' professional attainments and the capacity of subject planning. [Conclusions] The development of global information integration has aggravated the transfer and exchange of knowledge at home and abroad. The content construction of Chinese scientific journals should rely on the international environment,maintain local characteristics,and seek a balance between internationalization and localization,so as to truly improve the academic quality and influence of Chinese scientific journals,and promote the continuous development and progress of journals.
