基于用人单位的幼儿教师培养需求探析

摘要
了解用人单位对学前教育师范生需求的走向及师范生进入工作岗位后普遍存在的问题,对高校教师进一步改进教学,培养社会所需要的人才有着极为重要的意义。结合多年的幼儿园实践观察及与用人单位的交流探讨发现,幼儿园教师通识性知识匮乏,教育理论有待加强;科研能力欠缺,教学反思能力有待提高;专业知识浅表,幼儿学习与发展的知识不足。应激活师范生的主体意识,提升高校教师教育实践指导的有效性,转变教学方式和学习方式,革新教学评价方式。
        It is of great significance for teachers in colleges and universities to further improve their teaching and cultivate talents needed by the society to understand the trend of employers' demand for preschool education normal university students and the common problems of normal university students after they enter the work position. Combined with practical observation and discussion with employers,it is found that many kindergarten teachers are short of general knowledge and adequate educational theories. Also,they lack scientific research ability,their teaching reflection ability needs improving,their professional knowledge is superficial,and their knowledge of children's learning and development is inadequate. It is necessary to activate the subject consciousness of normal university students,improve the effectiveness of practical guidance of college teachers' education,change the teaching and learning methods,and reform the teaching evaluation methods.
