卫星导航接收机自动测试技术研究

摘要
目前,我国自主研发的XXXX卫星导航系统正处于全面建设阶段,XX接收机作为卫星导航系统的应用终端,其测试方法的研究、测试系统的建设以及性能指标的评估尚未形成较成熟的理论。XX接收机设计的复杂性,决定了其测试系统在保证精度和可靠性的基础上,必须尽可能提高自动化水平。针对XX接收机测试的特点和难点,本文研究了其测试方法以及自动测试技术,在充分利用通用仪器设备的基础上,设计并实现了一套满足XX接收机测试需求的自动测试系统。
     本文主要内容分为三个部分:
     首先,综合考虑XX卫星导航信号的特点以及XX接收机的实际工作环境,借助通用仪器设备搭建XX接收机自动测试平台,实现不同测试环境的模拟。在此基础上提出了XX接收机自动测试系统的抽象模型,确定了XX接收机自动测试系统的体系结构,完成自动测试系统硬件层的设计。
     其次,深入分析XX接收机的测试需求,对接收机测试中涉及的导航信号模拟、干扰信号生成、测试数据处理以及自动测试流程控制等关键技术进行了深入研究,提出了相应的解决方案。同时,运用模块化的软件开发思想对自动测试系统软件进行功能模块划分,给出各功能模块详细工作流程图及功能模块间的数据交互关系,完成自动测试系统软件的设计。
     最后,结合具体的测试项目,介绍了测试用例的设计步骤、自动测试系统的实际工作效果以及测试数据的处理方法。
     本文设计并实现的XX接收机自动测试系统已在某型号XX接收机的实际测试中得到应用,在一定程度上提高了测试的可信性和自动化水平。该自动测试系统的设计思想对其他设备测试系统的研发具有一定的指导意义。
At present, a satellite navigation system developed by China independently is being constructed. As the Terminal of the satellite navigation system,the Receivers’test method’s research test system's construction as well as performance assessment have not matured.The test theory,test platform,and performance assessment for the receivers has not been studied, the test platform which must be accurate and reliable should be as automatic as possible due to the complexity of the receivers. Regarding the test platform’s characteristics and complexity, this article has studied its test method as well as the test automation technology. This thesis designed and implemented a set of automatic test systems for automatic receiver test, making full use of the universal apparatus. It contains three sections:
     Firstly, after evaluation of the satellite signal characteristic as well as the receiver’s working environment, we build a Receiver auto test platform by using universal apparatus and simulated different scenes for various environment. Based on this, this thesis proposed an abstract model for the receiver auto test platform and designed its architecture, as well as finished the hardware design.
     In the second part, the test requirement for receivers is studied; Key elements such as navigation signal simulator, jam simulator, auto data processing, and auto test flow control are further investigated and their solutions are presented. Function module partition for auto test platform software is carried out based on the software modularization. Flow charts and the connections between modules are given in detail, which complete the software design.
     Finally, a concrete test example is introduced. Design steps for test samples, the test platform’s working status and the auto data processing techniques are proposed.
     The auto test platform designed in this thesis has been implemented in the testing procedure for a type of receivers, which improved the reliability of the test results and the automation. The design ideas of this test platform can be used for other similar equipment auto-test systems.
