表面活性剂合成改性弗罗里硅土及其在农药分析中的应用

摘要
我国自从加入世界贸易组织以来,一直面临着发达国家贸易保护主义的压力,而更高水平的农药残留检测技术,就成了那些保守主义者的护身符。为了抗衡这些压力,我们需要努力提高检测水平,硅镁吸附剂常用于农药检测除杂和工业吸附,市场需求巨大,但是目前我国企业生产的产品质量还无法满足质量需求,每年都需要从国外大量进口。由于近年来我国对于农药残留的重视,加上国际上贸易壁垒的压力。我国对残留分析越来越重视,与此同时,硅酸镁的价格也在一路飙升。所以急需从技术上打破国际垄断,结束我国市场上硅酸镁需求的窘迫状态。本论文实验就是针对这种现状而进行的。
     弗罗里硅土(硅酸镁载体,绝大部分组分为六硅酸镁)也称硅镁吸附剂,是农药残留分析净化中最常用的吸附剂。由硫酸镁和硅酸钠作用生成的沉淀物,经过过滤干燥而得到的硅酸镁,是多孔性固体,有极大的表面积,为世界上用得最多的柱吸附剂;它是一种高选择性的吸附剂,正相条件下能够从非极性基质中强烈吸附极性分析物。本文设计添加十酸、十二酸、十四酸、十六酸、十八酸五种表面活性剂改性弗罗里硅土,以达到增强其吸附能力的目的,并通过检测它们对亚甲基蓝色素的吸附检验吸附性能,并用于残留分析,检验其实际性能。
     从结果来看,用表面活性剂改性的弗罗里硅土吸附性能好,实际应用中具有较好的准确度和精确度,可代替进口产品,用于某些农药的残留分析,能够满足农药残留分析要求。通过合成并改性弗罗里硅土,加强我国农药残留监控技术,降低分析成本,进而为打破世界间的贸易壁垒提供了保障。
Since China has entered the World Trade Organization, we have been faced with developed trade protectionist pressures that are higher level testing technology of pesticide residues, which became guardian angel of conservatism. To withstand that, we must improve our monitoring technology of pesticide residues, Silicon-Magnesium adsorbent, which was used for eliminating impurities of pesticide residue analysis and industrial adsorption, is demanded huge by market, but the products quality of enterprises in China can not be up to scratch to meet the demand. And there are lots of imports from abroad every year. Because of high regard for pesticide residues nearly years and the press from international trade bulwark, we have high regard for pesticide residues analysis more and more. At the same time, the price of florisil is becoming more and more. So we have to break international forestall depending on technic to end the florisil market requirement embarrassment. The design is meant to address this demand into practice.
     Florisil (magnesium silicate carrier, most component is six magnesium silicate), which is also named as Silicon-Magnesium adsorbent, is the most commonly used adsorbent in the purifying of pesticide residue analysis. The product that is from the reaction of magnesium sulfate and sodium silicate, under filtrating and drying the magnesium silicate, is porous solid precipitate with a huge surface area and is used the most of the world most-adsorbent, and that is a high selective adsorbents, which adsorbed polar molecules from non-polar matrix strongly under obverse-phase condition. This paper focuses on enhancing its adsorption capacity through put five superficial additive into each Florisil, and test its adsorption capacity through its methylene-blue adsorption. Undergo a performance test with applying it to pesticide residue analysis.
     And the test result is:Florisil with superficial additive is great and its practicality performance is good at precision and veracity, which can substitute input product to satisfy the requirements of pesticide residue analysis. Through synthesizing and altering silicone Florisil, strengthening our monitoring technology of pesticide residues with lower cost, we make our efforts to improve monitoring level, and break the trade barriers between the world.
