山东黄河三角洲地区高速公路地基承载力研究

摘要
地基承载力的确定问题是一个复杂的问题。虽然,在传统意义上确定方法已经相当成熟,然而由于传统方法存在大量的假设,各地的地质背景又不尽相同,使得目前许多实际工程当中使用的地基承载力值偏低或偏高,从而造成了不必要的浪费或工程隐患。因此,有针对性的确定地基承载力是非常必要的。
     黄河三角洲区位条件优越、资源优势突出、产业基础良好,具有巨大的发展潜力。2007年山东省提出加快黄河三角洲开发建设计划,要将黄河三角洲打造成为山东新的增长极。随着经济的发展,交通量的上升,该区开发与建设规模不断增大,区内已通车高速公路有4条,在修及拟建高速公路有7条,如何快速、准确地确定黄河三角洲地区地基土的承载力对于山东省高速公路建设具有重要的经济意义和现实意义。
     目前,国内其它省份公路设计部门在采用统一部颁规范的前提下,搜集和采用若干先进的测试手段来综合确定具有地区特色的承载力表及经验公式。而山东地区在此领域是一个空白,
     多年来,山东省高速公路地基承载力的确定往往是在大量的现场观察资料基础上,参照现场原位测试、室内土工试验以及相关标准、规范来执行。长时期和大范围的现场观察测试是必要的,但由于费用昂贵,通常又是难以实现,受诸多因素的影响,地基承载力取值时往往会因过多考虑安全因素而偏于保守,使工程造价难以降低。因此,针对山东三角洲地区岩土特点,建立有地区特色的承载力关系表就显得尤为迫切。本文通过建立具有地区特色的承载力关系表,为地区公路建设工程提供便于使用的、合理的地基设计参数,保证构造物的安全性,节省工程造价。
     (1)通过对该区内已建高速公路地质勘察资料数据的统计分析,得到了该区的典型土层特征描述与综合钻孔柱状图,并针对该区典型土层,对其含水量、孔隙比等九个物理力学指标进行了统计分析,得出黄河三角洲沉积土各物理力学指标的统计结果。
     (2)结合荣乌高速公路辛庄子至邓王段工程,对黄河三角洲地区开展了多项试验工作,由于试验原理的不同,不同试验方法在判别土体破坏时的依据也不相同,而且有些试验需要经过概率统计的修正,导致由不同试验方法确定的承载力值之间存在较大的差异。不同试验所测得的数据与承载力之间具有一定的内在联系,利用这一特点,针对不同岩性的土体,采用回归及定量分析法建立了比贯入阻力与地基承载力值、标贯击数与地基承载力值、室内土工参数与地基承载力值的相关关系,以克服各试验方法间的差异性,建立了针对该研究区域的黄河沉积土的承载力特征值的经验公式,为黄河三角洲地区高速公路勘察设计快速、合理的确定地基承载力特征值提供了科学依据。

     Yellow River Delta in an advantageous location resource advantages prominent and a good industrial base has tremendous potential for development The official of Shandong Province plans to speed up the development and construction of the Yellow River Delta in 2007 and build the Yellow River Delta into a new growth pole of the Shandong Province With the development of economy and the increase in traffic volume the scale of development and construction in the area growing, the region has been the opening of a four highways repair and the proposed highway is seven how to quickly and accurately determine the Yellow River Delta in the subgrade bearing capacity of the Highway in the Shandong Provincial Construction has important economic and practical significance
     At present the design Ministerial departments in the other provinces of domestic in the adoption of a unified standard premise carefully collected and the use of a number of advanced integrated testing tools to determine the bearing capacity with regional characteristics table and empirical formula And it is a blank in this area of Shandong regionk
     Over the years Shandong Provincial Expressway determine the bearing capacity of the foundation is often a great deal of information on the basis of observation of the scene the light at the scene in situ testing indoor soil tests as well as relevant standards and specifications for the implementation Long-term and large-scale testing is necessary to observe the scene but because of the high cost it is offen difficult to achieve by many factors because of excessive consider safety factors , the value of subgrade bearing capacity are often somewhat conservative and difficult to reduce the project cost Therefore in view of the geotechnical characteristics of the Yellow River Delta region the establishment of regional characteristics on the table capacity relations appear to bo particularly urgent In this paper through the establishment of a regional characteristics Table relations capacity for regional highway construction projects provide easy-to-use and rational foundation design parameters to ensure the safety of structures the project cost savings
     (1) Through the Geological Survey date statistical analysis about the highways that has built in the district, the typical characteristics of the soil and integrated drilling column in the district has described , and in view of the typical soil in this area, 9 physical and mechanical indicators has statistical analysed, for example, its water content porosity ratio and so on the physical mechanics of the Yellow River Delta sedimentary soil has been the statistical results
     (2) With the project from XinZhuangZi tu TengWang of the RongWu highway Many of the trials were carried out in the Yellow River delta region, due to the principle of different tests the bases of judging soil damage with different test methods are also dissimilar and some test data must be amended with probability statistics and that cause a rather large otherness among value of subgrade beating capacity with different test methods and bring a large inconvenience to scientific effort and engineering practice Since there has a internal relation between the data gathered by different tests and bearing capacity contraposing different lithologic soil body regression analysis is used to establish dependency relation between ratio penetration resistance and subgrade bearing capacity numerical standard penetration and subgrade beating capacity interior geoteehnic parameters and subgrade beating capacity so as to against the othemess in different methods, The empirical formula of eigenvalues for the study of sedimentary soil bearing capacity of the Yellow River region has Established, and a scientific basis that could be Rapid and reasonably ascertain the foundation bearing capacity eigenvalue for the Survey and Design to the Highway in the Yellow River Delta region has provided.
