基于语义Web Service的竞争情报系统构建研究

摘要
随着我国信息化进程的加快,人们渐渐意识到了竞争情报的巨大经济价值。CIS的建设也已经成为各企业的战略举措。然而,随着各类信息的指数化增长,传统的CIS的缺陷日益突出,不能适应企业发展的需要,迫切要求新的技术与方法应用于CIS,从方方面面重塑CIS。语义Web Service技术的兴起和发展为竞争情系统的发展提供了新的动力。
     本文首先阐明了本文的选题背景,并对国内外语义Web Service的起源、研究进展、应用现状及其与竞争情报系统的结合做了详细的介绍。
     然后,本文详细阐述了语义Web Service技术。首先对语义Web Service进行了大致的说明,然后剖析了语义Web Service的整体结构,包括Web Service、语义Web、Web Service本体语言owl-s、相关标准协议及技术(SOAP、WSDL、OLE、Ontology),这为本文的深入研究奠定了技术基础。
     接着,本文介绍了CIS的一般性结构,对CIS的三大系统CIS搜集子系统、CIS分析子系统、CIS服务子系统的定义、基本职能做了简单说明,并以图示的形式阐析了三大子系统的业务数据流程。本章是下一步构建CIS整体模型的铺垫性陈述。
     在上述研究的基础上,本文进入主体部分。该章节笔者通过对功能三要素横向/竖向递进型、部门四要素横向/竖向递进型、过程四要素正圆/椭圆循环型三种建模模式的比较,确定了以功能三要素横向/竖向递进型模式为中心的建模总基调。在模型中本文充分发挥语义Web Service技术,对CIS整体模型进行集成,触发其业务的重组、数据流程再造。最后,本文从技术、经济、人文的角度对模型做出客观评价。
     本文进一步阐述了CIS整体模型的技术实现。本章节笔者在指出传统搜索引擎对Deep Web资源的不作为的基础上,建立了基于语义Web Service的动态Deep Web的情报挖掘技术方案。而在CIS服务子系统中,笔者引入基于语义Web Service的发现匹配算法、概念相似度算法建立CI查询技术方案,并用倒排文档技术对该技术方案进行优化处理,提高查询速度。
     最后,本文做了一个总结性的陈述,并展望了语义Web Service的应用前景和CIS的发展趋势。
With the acceleration of the process of information, people gradually realized the great economic value of the competitive intelligence. CIS also has become the construction of the strategic initiatives of the enterprises. However, with the index growth of all types of information, the traditional shortcomings of CIS increasingly become prominent, and can not meet the needs of enterprise development. There is an urgent demand that the new technology and methods be used in the CIS, all aspects of remodeling CIS. The emergence and development of Semantic Web Service provide CIS a new power.
     In this paper, this paper sets out the background of the subjects, both at home and abroad, the origin of the Semantic Web Service, research progress, the application of the status, its relationship with the combination of competitive intelligence system, and gives a detailed introduction.
     And, the paper elaborated on the Semantic Web Service technology. First of all, we give the Semantic Web Service a general description, and then analyze the semantic structure of Web Service as a whole, including the Web Service, Semantic Web, Web Service ontology language owl-s, protocol and technology-related standards (SOAP, WSDL, OLE, Ontology). This has laid the foundation of in-depth study of this paper.
     Then, This article describes the general structure of the CIS, and shows the CIS collect subsystem, CIS analysis subsystem, CIS Services subsystem for the basic definition , functions ,and gives a simple description and interpretation of the form of icons of the three major sub-system flow of business data. This chapter is the bedding of the next step to build the overall model of CIS statements.
     At the basis of the above-mentioned study, to enter the main part of this article, the author of the chapter compare three of the functional elements of the horizontal/ vertical sliding type, four elements of the horizontal Department/vertical sliding type, four elements of the process of circle/oval circle-type three Modeling of the comparison model to determine the function of the three elements of a horizontal/ vertical progressive model-centric modeling the overall tone. In this paper, the overall model of the CIS integration trigger the reorganization of its operations, data flow and recycling. Finally, this article from the technical, economic, and humanistic point makes an objective evaluation of the model.
     Furthermore, this article elaborates on the overall model of CIS technology. At this section the author points out that traditional search engines on the Deep Web resources are incompetent, and establishes the dynamics of the Deep Web information mining technology program based on Semantic Web Service. For Services subsystem in the CIS, by the introduction of the found matching algorithm, the concept of similarity query algorithm, the author sets up CI technology program, and makes use of the inverted file technology solutions to optimize treatment in order to improve query speed.
     Finally, we make a summary statement, and look forward to the Semantic Web Service applications and the development trend of CIS.
