基于ArcEngine的煤炭资源管理信息系统设计与实现

摘要
煤炭资源是自然资源的重要组成部分,是人类社会发展的重要物质基础。随着我国经济的持续高速发展,煤炭资源在国民经济中的作用和地位越来越重要。然而,由于煤炭资源涉及到海量地学数据处理与众多的分析方法,客观上要求提供高效的信息化管理工具,解决这些问题的关键是研制、开发煤炭资源管理信息系统。
     地理信息系统(GIS)技术是近年来随着计算机技术的高速发展而发展起来的一种高科技工具,它一改人们传统制图、用图及资料管理的方式,用现代计算机技术管理和分析空间数据。地理信息系统技术的发展大大提高了地学信息处理能力,因此利用该技术可为煤炭资源管理和决策提供重要手段。GIS软件的成熟,为煤炭资源管理信息系统提供了基础开发平台,在此基础上通过对成熟GIS软件二次开发与空间数据集成,实现满足特定用户要求的GIS软件系统。
     本论文通过对煤炭资源空间分布、开发利用现状等特点的研究,利用GIS技术对煤炭资源相关数据进行高效管理、分析。同时,对煤炭资源地理信息系统进行设计,并通过ArcGIS二次开发技术予以实现。系统开发用到了ESRI公司的组件ArcEngine、空间数据库技术、MircoSoft公司的.Net平台和C#语言。
     本文主要分为以下几个部分:
     第一部分,为论文的第一章。主要对国内外煤炭资源管理的研究现状进行对比分析,提出目前煤炭资源管理中存在的问题。同时简要介绍了本文研究的主要内容。
     第二部分,为论文的第二章。主要对煤炭资源管理信息系统研发的技术基础作了简要介绍。该部分首先对GIS概念给出了作者的理解。其次,对组件技术进行了讨论。最后,分别从系统所用的组件、开发平台和开发语言进行了对比分析,说明了本系统开发为什么选用ArcEngine组件、.Net开发平台及C#开发语言。
     第三部分,为论文的第三章和第四章。以内蒙东胜煤炭资源开发现状的数据为实验数据对数据库和系统功能模块进行了设计。数据库是设计GIS的前提,数据库设计的好坏直接关系到系统运行的效率,因此,在设计数据库之前先对空间数据库进行了深入说明。紧接着示例了空间数据库建立过程,并在现有数据的基础上对煤炭资源管理信息系统进行了总体和详细功能设计,并实现了系统中GIS的功能。
The mineral resource is the vital part of natural ,and it is the essential and basic material of human society development .With the economic development of our country ,the mineral resource is more and more important in the national economy function .However ,because of the drawbacks of management there are many problems existed in mineral resource of our country ,such as the low use efficiency of recourse disposition .In order to solve these problems ,the key strategy is to enhance the efficient management of mineral recourse.
     Geographic information system(GIS)is a kind of technology that is developing rapidly with development of computer science in the recent years. GIS is different from the traditional cartography,and manages and analyses the spatial data by using modern computer technology.It provides the basic platform for the management and evaluation system of mineral resource by integrating the spatial data.It improves the ability to deal with geosciences information,and provide important ways to manage mine explore and decision-making.
     In this article, researching the characteristics by spatial distribution of mineral resources,the development and utilization of of the status and using of GIS technology on mineral resources for efficient data management, analysis and early warning. At the same time, mineral resources of the design of geographic information systems, through the development of ArcGIS technology to achieve. System Development Corporation used the ESRI Component ArcEngine, spatial database technology, Microsoft Corporation. Net platform and C # language.
     This article is divided into the following sections:
     The first part of the first chapter for the thesis. Mainly for domestic and foreign mineral resources management study carried out comparative analysis of the status, pointing out that the current mineral resource management problems. At the same time, briefly introduced the main contents of this article.
     The second part of the chapter for the thesis. Mineral resources management information system technology research and development foundation gave a brief introduction. The first part of the concept of GIS give the author's understanding. Secondly, on the component technology are discussed. Finally, separately from the system used by components, development platform and development language for the comparative analysis explains why ArcEngine optional components,.Net development platform and C # development language.
     Part III, for the thesis chapters III and IV. To Inner Mongolia Dongsheng data for the experimental data on databases and systems were able to design modules. GIS database design are the prerequisite of good database design is directly related to the efficiency of system operation, therefore, in the design of the database before the database of space carried out in-depth description. Immediately after MapGIS data will give the library at the same time how the design of the mineral resources management information system property table, and spatial data and associated attribute table. At the basis of existing data on the mineral resources management information system design, and implementation of the GIS system functions.
