邮政代收类业务资金归集管理系统的分析与设计
摘要
邮政代收类业务作为贵州省黔东南州邮政电子商务专业的基础性业务,通过近几年来的快速发展,已经形成了一定的业务规模并积累了较多的业务管理经验。面对业务资金规模的不断增长和网点的不断扩张,邮政代收类业务资金的归集管理难度迅速增大,业务资金的归集管理问题日益凸显。为此,从软件工程的角度,采用信息系统工程的方法,对邮政代收类业务资金归集管理流程进行梳理和再造很有必要。
通过调查发现,邮政代收类业务资金全部通过邮政商务汇款方式进行归集,因此本系统的主要思想就是利用邮政商务汇款可提供汇款兑付清单电子文本的特点,通过获取各网点汇款明细的电子文本数据和邮政代收类业务管理系统的业务数据来实现各网点实缴款和应缴款的自动核对,从而实现邮政代收类业务资金的自动或半自动归集管理。
为适应在组织结构上呈网络型分布的邮政企业的管理特点,本系统将采用B/S架构,首先建立网络数据库,然后编制程序导入应缴款和实缴款数据,在方便地得到应缴款和实缴款数据基础上,进行WEB应用程序的开发,最终实现各网点各业务的自动对账功能。
本文在对贵州省黔东南州邮政局代收类业务资金归集管理流程进行全面系统调查的基础上,从软件工程的角度,首先对相关软件开发技术作了介绍,然后采用信息系统工程的方法进行分析和设计,描述了从建立系统模型到数据库设计以及WEB程序设计的整个过程,最终成功开发和实施了贵州省黔东南州邮政局代收类业务资金归集管理系统。通过本系统的开发实践,本文对建立管理信息系统来实现邮政代收类业务资金自动或半自动归集管理提供了一种较为完善的解决方案。
