西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼态度、行为现状调查研究

摘要
课外体育锻炼是指在课余时间里学生运用各种体育手段和方法,以增强学生体质、促进身心健康、丰富业余文化生活为目的身体活动。课外体育锻炼做为中等职业学校体育工作的重要部分,它也是实现学校体育目的任务的有效途径之一。另外,课外体育锻炼为学生提供了一个自主进行体育锻炼的平台,它的活动形式灵活多样、内容丰富、具有较大的可选择性,容易被学生所接受,它也有利于培养学生的兴趣,便于调动多数学生自觉参与体育锻炼、提高体育能力、养成体育锻炼的习惯,进而增强学生体质、增进健康。长期以来,西安市中等职业学校课外体育锻炼长期处于松懈、随意状态,至今未能引起重视。另据国家对学生体质调查的结果来看,学生体质前景令人担忧。身体素质差成为西安市中职学生普遍存在的问题。
     本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法,对西安市10所中等职业学校600名学生参加课外体育锻炼的态度、行为进行全面调查,通过论证剖析,找出西安市中等职业学校学生参与课外体育锻炼的规律及影响因素,并提出相应的见解和建议。
     调查研究结果表明:
     1、西安市中职学生对体育锻炼作用的认识,依次是“增强体质”、“防病治病”“健美形体”、“放松精神”、“增强意志品质”、“获得成就感”、“激发人的潜能”、“协调人际关系”、“加强人格修养”。
     2、西安市中职学生闲暇活动主要内容是“学习”、“看小说”、“上网”、“体育锻炼”、“逛街”、“交友”等。“体育锻炼”在西安市中职学生闲暇时间里选择内容中排序在第4位。
     3、西安市中职学生进行课外体育锻炼选择项目多为我国传统项目,篮球、乒乓球、足球、羽毛球、慢跑、排球等。选择下午16:00-18:00进行体育锻炼的西安市中职学生人数最多,在组织形式上,男生倾向于个人形式的自由锻炼,女生则倾向于结伴形式。
     4、西安市中职学生体育消费的金额的分布比较不均匀,在150元以下的学生所占比例最大,男生与女生的差异不大。消费内容主要集中于运动服装和体育器材上。
     5、西安市中职学生对自己参与课外体育锻炼评价总体上是趋于肯定的,但参加课外体育锻炼的结果体验不明显。
     6、西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼的自觉程度还比较低,另有部分西安市中职学生并不打算参加课外体育锻炼中去,西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼后收获的情绪、情感体验少。
     7、西安市中职学生对课外体育锻炼的控制力较差,对课外体育锻炼的方法掌握不尽如人意。
     8、不同年级西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼行为态度、行为意向、行为控制感存在显著性差异。
     9、不同学习起点的西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼目标态度、主观标准存在显著性差异。
     10、不同性别的西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼的行为意向、行为习惯、行为控制感、主观标准存在显著性差异。
     11、不同生源地的西安市中职学生参加课外体育锻炼的情感体验、行为控制感存在显著差异。
Extra-curricular physical activity is defined as the time after-school physical education students to use various means and methods to enhance the physical fitness of students, and promote physical and mental health, and enrich the cultural life of leisure physical activity for the purpose. Extra-curricular physical activity in secondary vocational schools as an important part of sports work, it is the task to achieve the purpose of school sports one of the effective ways. In addition, extra-curricular physical activity to provide students with an independent platform for physical exercise, and its flexible and diverse forms of activities, rich in content, with optional larger, easier to be accepted by students, it is also conducive to the interest of students for Most students take the initiative to mobilize participation in physical activity, improve sports ability, develop the habit of physical activity, and promote physical fitness and health of students. A long time, secondary vocational schools in Xi'an City in extra-curricular sports activities in the relaxed, casual status, and attention has so far failed. At the same time, in accordance with national survey on the results of the physical fitness of students, the prospect of physical fitness of students is worrying. Low physical fitness level of students in Xi'an to become widespread problems.
     In this paper, the use of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics and so on, to Xi'an, 10 secondary vocational schools 600 students participating in extra-curricular physical activity attitude, conduct a full investigation, through proof analysis to identify Xi'an secondary vocational school students to participate in extra-curricular physical activity and the impact of the laws and constraints, and propose ideas and suggestions.
     Survey results show that:
     1, Xi'an grade students in the role of physical exercise, followed by "strengthen the body," "to prevent and cure diseases," "body-building body", "relax the spirit," "will enhance the quality," "get a sense of accomplishment," " stimulate human potential, "" coordination of interpersonal relationships "," to strengthen the cultivation of personality. "
     2, Xi'an, leisure-time activities of students in the post is about "learning", "read the novel," ' "Internet", "physical exercise", "shopping", "friends" and so on. "Physical exercise" in Xi'an in thelevel of leisure time for students to choose activities in the first four.
     3, Xi'an grade students in extra-curricular physical activity options for our more traditional items, basketball, table tennis, football, badminton, jogging, volleyball and so on. 16:00-18:00 afternoon choice exercise level of Xi'an in the largest number of students in the organizational form, boys tend to exercise the freedom of the individual form, the form of girls tend to go hand in hand.
     4, Xi'an grade students in the amount of sports consumption is distributed more unevenly, 150 yuan in the proportion of students following the largest difference between boys and girls do not. Consumption mainly focused on sportswear and sports equipment.
     5, Xi'an grade students in their evaluation of participation in extra-curricular physical activity on the whole, tend to, yes, of participating in extra-curricular physical activity have a good rating, but to participate in extra-curricular experience the results of physical activity was not obvious.
     6, Xi'an grade students to participate in extra-curricular physical exercise the degree of consciousness is still relatively low, some vocational students in Xi'an did not intend to participate in extra-curricular physical activity in to. Therefore, Xi'an grade students to participate in extra-curricular physical activity of the mood after the harvest, less emotional experience.
     7, Xi'an grade students in extra-curricular physical exercise less control over, the students of the method of extra-curricular physical activity have less than satisfactory.
     8, Xi'an, different grades of students participating in extra-curricular level of physical activity behavior and attitude, behavioral intention, behavior control, there was a significant difference.
     9, the starting point for different level students to participate in Xi'an in extra-curricular physical activity goal of attitude, subjective criteria for significant difference.
     10, Xi'an, different gender students in grades participate in extra-curricular physical activity of the behavioral intention, behavior, behavioral control, subjective criteria for significant difference in survival.
     11, students of different grades of students in Xi'an, participate in extra-curricular physical activity of emotional experience, behavior control, there was a significant difference.
