上海生产性服务业与经济增长研究

摘要
自全球经济发展进入服务经济时代以来,服务业特别是生产性服务业成为推动发达国家经济发展的主要力量,生产性服务业的重要性得到普遍的共识。如何促进生产性服务业的发展?生产性服务业发展的决定因素又是什么?这成为当今经济学家研究的一个主要课题。上海,作为中国经济的对外窗口,这更是急需解决的问题,这关乎整个国民经济是否能够实现更快更好的发展。本文研究了目前上海生产性服务业发展现状,找出影响上海生产性服务业发展的因素,并从上海生产性服务业发展的主要障碍出发,就上海如何发展生产性服务业提出一些对策和建议。
首先,本文就国内外服务业及生产性服务业的研究成果做出综述;其次文章对生产性服务业进行了定义和分类,并从上海服务业和生产性服务业发展的总体特征和内部结构特征来进行分析研究;第三章主要研究了服务业和生产性服务业与经济发展的关系,从中了解上海生产性服务业对上海经济发展的影响情况;第四章研究了目前上海生产性服务业发展的主要影响因素;最后讨论了上海生产性服务业发展的存在的问题,针对于此文章最后给出了加速发展上海生产性服务业的政策建议。
Since the global development got into the times of services economy, services industry especial producer services industry have been one of the most important factors in pushing the economy progress in developed countries, the importance of producer services industry have been recognized widely. How to boost producer services industry development and what factors affect producer services industry development have been a chiefly subject for economist. Shanghai, being a window of our country to the foreign countries, that is a very problem need to solve quickly, which is regard to whether we can achieve our country development quicker and better. This paper has a deep research in the presently shanghai producer services industry, and find some factors which affect the producer services industry development in shanghai. After realizing the problem in the development of the producer services industry, we gave some suggestions for how to develop the producer services industry in shanghai.
Firstly, we summarized the producer services industry development theories in and out of our country. Secondly, we defined the producer services industry and sorted them, and then analyzed the services and producer services industry in collectivity and inner configuration. Thirdly, we made some research on the relationship between economy development and services or producer services industry. Fourthly, we investigated the factors affect the developments of the producer services industry in shanghai. At the end of the article, the development of shanghai producer services industry encountered many difficulties, aimed at to solve those problems, we gave some suggestions for the shanghai producer services industry so that it can accelerate the development.
首先,本文就国内外服务业及生产性服务业的研究成果做出综述;其次文章对生产性服务业进行了定义和分类,并从上海服务业和生产性服务业发展的总体特征和内部结构特征来进行分析研究;第三章主要研究了服务业和生产性服务业与经济发展的关系,从中了解上海生产性服务业对上海经济发展的影响情况;第四章研究了目前上海生产性服务业发展的主要影响因素;最后讨论了上海生产性服务业发展的存在的问题,针对于此文章最后给出了加速发展上海生产性服务业的政策建议。
