ACM检测系统的设计与实现

摘要
ACM(Air Cycle Machine)是飞机空调系统的重要部件,为保证其可靠工作,需对其进行定期检测。为提高测试精确度和降低测试成本,设计了ACM测试系统。该测试系统主要实现压力、温度和位移等模拟量的测量和记录,并根据测试要求调节控制阀门的开关,为测试系统提供合适的测量环境。论文主要研究了整个测试系统的设计实现过程和相关的基本理论。
     A/D、D/A转换的基本理论和数字滤波与整个测试系统密切相关,论文简单介绍了有关的基本理论,A/D、D/A转换的技术指标,和相关数字滤波器的设计与算法实现。
     测试系统的A/D板和D/A板与计算机的联系是基于PCI总线的。论文有针对性地说明了PCI总线的特点、总线命令、配置方法及数据传输方式等。为降低整个系统的开发难度,选用了PLX公司出品的PCI9050作为PCI接口芯片。论文分析了PCI9050的特点、工作机理和其内部寄存器的设置方法。传感器的选型是整个测试系统设计中的重点,它对整个测试系统的测试精确度、可靠性及系统成本有着很大的影响。课题组花了大量的时间进行调研,确保将合适的传感器选出来。
     硬件电路部分主要有A/D板和D/A板两部分组成,论文给出了基本原理框图,并对所用到的重要芯片进行了介绍,之后研究了硬件电路驱动程序开发。论文第六章重点研究了对振动位移信号的检测与参数估计,对该信号的检测与估计是本测试系统的核心任务之一。本章详细分析了对该信号的处理流程和对该信号参数进行精确估计的方法,并模拟实际情况进行了仿真。
     最后,文章研究分析了本测试系统的误差原因、数据处理流程,并给出了调试结果。
ACM(Air Cycle Machine)is an important component of airplane air- conditioning system. To guarantee the reliability of ACM, a regular inspection is needed. In order to improve the accuracy of measuring ACM and lower the cost, the inspection instrument of ACM is designed. The inspection instrument specializes in measuring, displaying and recording of analog signals, such as pressure, temperature and displacement, etc. Besides that, the instrument can regulate the braves of the instrument. In this paper, the procedure of designing the instrument and relevant theory are introduced.
     The theory of A/D/A conversion is the basis of ACM inspection instrument. In this paper, the basic theory and relevant specifications are introduced. After that, IIR digital filtering and LMS FIR filter are described in brief.
     The A/D circuit board and D/A circuit board of this instrument are designed based on the PCI bus. In this paper, the characteristics of PCI bus, bus order and configuration of register are introduced. In order to design the instrument as simple as possible, we select the chip PCI9050. The chip is produced by PLX Inc. In this paper the usage of this chip is given.
     The choice of the sensors of the instrument is an important task. The performance of the sensor has a great impact on the accuracy of the system. We spent a lot of time on the choice of them.
     The hardware is composed of A/D circuit board and D/A circuit board. In this paper, a principle framework is given. The specifications of some important chips are listed. After that, the procedure of programming the driver of the hardware is described. In the sixth chapter of this paper, the methods of detecting and estimation aiming at the signal of vibrating displacement are introduced in depth. The results of simulating are also given.
     In the end, data processing, error analyzing and the results of debugging are given in brief.
