水泥混凝土轮迹道路设计与应用技术研究

摘要
我国现阶段农村公路等级低,砂石路约占七成以上,许多地区缺桥少涵、晴通雨阻,农村公路的覆盖能力、技术状况和管理水平等,都不能适应当前建设社会主义新农村的需要。国家“十一五”期间虽然大力增加了对农村公路的投资和补贴,但仍不能满足需求,急需通过多种途径来实现农村公路的“通达”和“通畅”。轮迹道路作为一种低造价路面,可以作为农村公路网的有益补充并成为重要组成部分。为此本文做了以下研究:
     首先,对轮迹道路交通适应性的研究,根据调查农村公路的交通组成情况,确定轮迹道路的横断面形式,以及错车形式;在此基础上研究轮迹道路的通行能力,确定出轮迹道路能适应的最大交通量;在对农村公路交通特性、常用材料、施工特点的基础上,分析轮迹道路作为农村公路的交通适用性。
     其次,利用有限元计算软件,通过建模计算对轮迹道路结构进行力学分析,在已有研究的基础上进一步完善轮迹道路结构的应力分析,着重分析了轮迹道路半刚性基层层底拉应力的影响因素,提出在结构设计中的控制方法;在应力分析的基础上给出水泥混凝土轮迹道路的设计方法。本文将联锁块结构引入到轮迹道路中,根据轮迹道路的特点,在已有研究成果的基础上,给出轮迹道路联锁块结构的设计方法。
     最后,本文依托试验路的修筑,总结了水泥混凝土轮迹道路的施工工艺;以试验路为参考,估算轮迹道路的造价;对轮迹道路应用在农村公路建设中进行经济效益评价。
Nowadays in china, the level of quality of rural roads is very low, the sandstone road is over 70 percent in many areas and those areas are lack of bridges. The expanding ability technical levels and management of rural road can not meet the needs of construction of the new countryside. Though government will increase investment in rural infrastructure in 11th five-year plan, the construction needs can not be met. So, government needs through various methods to achieve this goal that the rural be travelable. Cement concrete strips pavement which is a low cost road style can be important part of rural road network. So, this paper does the following research:
     First, this paper study the cross-section and passing method of strips pavement base on the survey of rural traffic volume. Then, this paper has analyzed the capacity of strips pavement and define the max traffic volume which the strips pavement can meet. This paper has analyzed the traffic applicability base on traffic property construction material and technical of rural road.
     Second, this paper analyze the mechanics property of rural road structure using ANSYS, the analyzing point is the tensile stress of semi-rigid type base, then provide design method. This paper takes the interlocking block to strips pavement, according to the property of strips pavement this provides the interlocking block design method.
     Finally, this paper sums up the construction experience base on testing road, though accessing project cost this paper evaluate the economic effectiveness of strips pavement.
