江西省政府玉泉接待中心客房管理系统的设计与实现
摘要
江西省政府玉泉接待中心的工作是基于一个接待平台---宾馆(或称接待基地),它作为一种特殊的服务机构,各个工作环节已经不再限制于传统的住宿、结算业务,而是力求提供更广、更全面的服务。随着人员流动规模的不断扩大,客房数量的急剧增加,面对客房管理的各种信息量不断成倍增长的实际情况,需要有高效的后台数据库来提高客房管理工作的效率,节约管理成本。
本文通过分析省政府玉泉接待中心客房管理的业务需求,并结合软件工程的思想,构建了一个基于J2EE的客房管理系统。系统总体架构为B/S结构,选用MVC框架,并采用Struts+ Hibernate,力图构建一个方便、快捷和易维护的客房管理系统系统。论文首先说明了本项目的开发背景和意义,并分析了客房管理系统的研究现状和发展趋势,对本文的主要研究内容和组织结构进行了说明。然后详细阐述了省政府玉泉接待中心客房管理的业务需求,首先对本接待中心客房管理系统开发的可行性进行了论证,然后对系统的业务流程和系统功能进行分析,包括公文流转、入住登记、调房处理、退房结算、查询统计和系统维护等内容。在需求分析的基础上,论文详细阐述了省政府玉泉接待中心客房管理的业务系统设计,设计部分的主要内容包括：客房管理系统的体系结构设计、详细阐述了户登录模块、公文流转模块、接待管理模块、客房管理模块、结账管理模块和系统管理等模块的设计,然后给出了系统数据库设计,在设计的基础上给出了系统的主要模块实现进行了描述。最后针对接待中心客房管理系统,进行了总结和展望。
本系统针对江西省政府接待处客房管理部而开发,将有助于提高本部门客房管理工作的效率和质量；减轻相关工作人员的压力,更多地为来访住宿者服务；改善经营管理,进一步树立江西省政府的良好形象。
