基于情境的在华留学生银行服务知识支持系统研究

摘要
留学生在中国学习和应用中文面临很多困难。一方面缺少移动环境下有效的中文练习工具;另一方面由于对中国的公共服务知识缺乏了解,影响他们学习中文的效率和效果。特别在申请、办理银行服务过程中,留学生需要相关的银行服务知识的支持,和在移动环境下练习中文的支持。针对以上实际问题,本文提出了基于情境的银行服务知识支持系统这一解决方案。并重点对实现系统功能的需求知识表示、供给知识表示以及供需知识匹配方法等核心问题进行了研究。本文的主要工作可概括为以下四个方面:
     (1)基于情境的银行知识支持系统分析。分别从进行了留学生需求分析、供给内容分析和系统功能分析。
     (2)知识表示模型及匹配方法研究。采用情境描述用户需求,并将相关情境按照功能特征划分为学生、服务、练习和练习还原四个元组,构建了基于XML的需求知识表示模型。针对银行个人业务和中文练习内容的特点,研究了基于OWL本体及数据库模式的供给知识表示模型。根据需求知识和供给知识的特征,研究了相应的匹配方法。
     (3)基于情境的银行知识支持系统设计。针对银行服务知识支持和中文练习支持等主要功能,详细设计了系统功能、系统框架、系统物理结构以及系统交互过程。
     (4)基于情境的银行知识支持系统实现。采用客户机/服务器模式,实现了基于Java Servlet的服务器应用和基于Java ME的移动应用。最后本文还给出了系统的应用实例。
     本文的需求知识表示模型、供给知识表示模型以及供需匹配方法为提供面向服务的知识支持的同类问题提供了新的研究思路和途径。本文构建的移动环境下基于情境的银行服务知识支持系统,能够有效的为留学生练习中文提供支持。它为解决留学生在学习和应用中文中的实际问题提供了完整的模型、方法和技术。
Foreign students learning and practicing Chinese face many difficulties. On one hand, they lack effective Chinese language learning tools in the mobile environment; while on the other hand, the less understandings of China's public service knowledge affect their Chinese language learning effectiveness and efficiency. Especially during their applying and dealing with bank services, they particularly need relevant bank service knowledge support. Towards the real problems for foreign students in China, this paper proposed a context-based knowledge support system of bank service as a solution. The requirement knowledge representation, support knowledge representation and matching method for the above two parts were further studied as the core mechanisms for achieving system functions. The contributions of this paper can be summarized as follows:
     (1) The context-based knowledge support system of bank service analysis. This paper conducted foreign students' requirement analysis, support knowledge analysis and system function analysis from these three aspects.
     (2) Knowledge representation model and matching method research. Contexts categorized into Student, Service, Practice and Practice Recovery these four collections, are adopted to describe user's requirements. The user's requirements are represented in XML format as the requirement representation model. Towards the features of bank services and Chinese language practice contents, an OWL ontology and database schema support knowledge representation model was studied. Based on the structure features of the requirement and the support knowledge, a corresponding matching method was constructed.
     (3) The context-based knowledge support system of bank service design. Towards two main functions of bank service knowledge support and Chinese language practice support, this paper designed system function, system framework, system physical structure and system interaction process.
     (4) The context-based knowledge support system of bank service realization. Under Client/Server mode, Java Servlet-based server application and Java ME-based mobile application were realized. A system application case was given at the end of this paper.
     The proposed requirement knowledge representation, support knowledge representation and the requirement-support knowledge matching method studied in this paper indicate new path and direction for the same kind of research problem. The context-based knowledge support system of bank service constructed in the mobile environment can effectively support foreign students to practice Chinese language. It provided complete models, methods and techniques under the practical problem of foreign students'learning and practicing Chinese language.
