物联网背景下镇江市承接国际服务外包的战略与对策

摘要
承接国际服务外包能有效促进承接地区服务业地发展,对发展低碳经济促进经济转型意义重大。据Gartner公司对全球市场的分析及预测,到2012年全球服务外包市场规模可达9750亿美元。从长远来看,据印度的产业组织估计,未来全球的服务外包产业将保持30%～40%的增长率,到2020年仅IT外包的规模就将达1.5～1.6万亿美元。物联网技术在服务外包企业中的应用,必将引起全球服务外包市场竞争格局的巨大变化,朱晓明(2010)认为,物联网将成为万亿级别产业能衍生出千亿级的服务外包业务。基于此,研究物联网背景下镇江市承接国际服务外包具有重要的意义。
本文简介了国际服务外包发展的背景和意义,回顾和评述了互联网和物联网背景下国际服务外包相关文献,分别从发包方和接包方两个角度阐述了国际服务外包相关理论和相关概念,分析了物联网对对国际服务外包的影响效应和路径,奠定了本文的理论基础。
其次,利用SWOT方法系统分析了物联网下镇江承接国际服务外包的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等因素,接着用SWOT-CLPV方法对SWOT矩阵进行了分析,为物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包战略的选择和制定提供了依据。
最后,本文根据SWOT分析结果,选择在物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包的战略为扭转型战略,并提出了物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包的扭转型战略的实施路径和实施步骤,在本文的最后提出了物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包的相关保障性措施,对物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包业具有重要的战略意义和现实指导意义。
Undertaking international service outsourcing can contribute effectively to the regional development of the service industry, which means a lot to develop the low-carbon economy. According to Gartner, the market size of the global service outsourcing will be up to $975 billion in 2012. In the long run, according to India's industrial organization, the global service outsourcing will maintain a 30% to 40% growth rate in the future, and in 2020, only the size of the IT outsourcing will reach $1.5-1.6 trillion. The application of the technology of the internet of things will lead to great changes of the global service outsourcing in the competitive landscape. Zhu Xiaoming(2010) believes the internet of things, as a trillion-level industry, can rise to one hundred billion outsourcing business. Zhenjiang city, as an important city of developing international service outsourcing of china, which more than half of the amount of outsourcing implementation are international service outsourcing, so the study how to undertaking international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things can help Zhenjiang occupy a certain market in the market of the international service outsourcing in the future. And this paper will study on the strategies and countermeasures for Zhenjiang to develop international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things.
This paper comprehensively analyze the background and significance of developing the international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things, then review the related literature. Then this essay gives a brief description of the theory of international service outsourcing, defines the related concepts, analyzes the impacts of the internet of things on the international service outsourcing and establishes the theoretical basis of this article.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges for Zhenjiang to undertake the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things with the SWOT method. And then analyzes the SWOT matrix using the SEOT-CLPV method. All this can act as a basis to selecting strategies for Zhenjiang to develop the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things.
Finally, this paper selects the WO strategies to help Zhenjiang city develop the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things. And then propose the implementation paths, the implementation steps of the WO strategies and the countermeasures. And this has an important strategic significance and practical significance.
本文简介了国际服务外包发展的背景和意义,回顾和评述了互联网和物联网背景下国际服务外包相关文献,分别从发包方和接包方两个角度阐述了国际服务外包相关理论和相关概念,分析了物联网对对国际服务外包的影响效应和路径,奠定了本文的理论基础。
其次,利用SWOT方法系统分析了物联网下镇江承接国际服务外包的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等因素,接着用SWOT-CLPV方法对SWOT矩阵进行了分析,为物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包战略的选择和制定提供了依据。
最后,本文根据SWOT分析结果,选择在物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包的战略为扭转型战略,并提出了物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包的扭转型战略的实施路径和实施步骤,在本文的最后提出了物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包的相关保障性措施,对物联网下镇江发展国际服务外包业具有重要的战略意义和现实指导意义。
Undertaking international service outsourcing can contribute effectively to the regional development of the service industry, which means a lot to develop the low-carbon economy. According to Gartner, the market size of the global service outsourcing will be up to $975 billion in 2012. In the long run, according to India's industrial organization, the global service outsourcing will maintain a 30% to 40% growth rate in the future, and in 2020, only the size of the IT outsourcing will reach $1.5-1.6 trillion. The application of the technology of the internet of things will lead to great changes of the global service outsourcing in the competitive landscape. Zhu Xiaoming(2010) believes the internet of things, as a trillion-level industry, can rise to one hundred billion outsourcing business. Zhenjiang city, as an important city of developing international service outsourcing of china, which more than half of the amount of outsourcing implementation are international service outsourcing, so the study how to undertaking international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things can help Zhenjiang occupy a certain market in the market of the international service outsourcing in the future. And this paper will study on the strategies and countermeasures for Zhenjiang to develop international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things.
This paper comprehensively analyze the background and significance of developing the international service outsourcing in the context of the internet of things, then review the related literature. Then this essay gives a brief description of the theory of international service outsourcing, defines the related concepts, analyzes the impacts of the internet of things on the international service outsourcing and establishes the theoretical basis of this article.
Secondly, this paper analyzes the strengths, weakness, opportunities and challenges for Zhenjiang to undertake the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things with the SWOT method. And then analyzes the SWOT matrix using the SEOT-CLPV method. All this can act as a basis to selecting strategies for Zhenjiang to develop the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things.
Finally, this paper selects the WO strategies to help Zhenjiang city develop the international service outsourcing under the context of the internet of things. And then propose the implementation paths, the implementation steps of the WO strategies and the countermeasures. And this has an important strategic significance and practical significance.
