广州地调PAS系统及外网等值功能的应用

摘要
本文详细介绍了广州地调电力系统应用软件PAS (Power Application Software)的网络拓扑与建模、状态估计、调度员潮流及外网等值这四个功能模块的基本原理、实现方法,并结合广州地调使用PAS过程中的一些实例,详细论述了PAS在广州地调的应用情况与实际效果。论文的最后还对PAS今后的应用作了一个展望。本课题的研究,对于实现广州地调从“经验型”调度转变为“研究型”和“科学型”调度具有十分重要的意义。
     网络建模是PAS系统的基础,网络建模主要工作包括设备参数入库和联接关系填库两部分。只有建立正确完整的广州地区电网的网络模型,才能保证PAS的其它功能模块计算分析的准确性,更为重要是,PAS的网络建模还能实现传统SCADA不能实现的功能。
     PAS的状态估计功能在于提高量测数据精度,滤掉不良量测数据,并补充一些量测值,为PAS的调度员潮流的在线应用提供可靠而完整的数据。PAS的状态估计功能目前在广州地调主要应用于以下方面:实时态下准确的状态估计结果包含变电站母线相角数值,可作为合环操作前的参考数据;检查变电站量测值是否存在可疑数据或坏数据,或在新设备投运后通过状态估计结果分析判断设备参数是否正确合理;此外还可以修改量测值的“遥测误差系数”,以达到状态估计的结果准确合理,从而保证调度员潮流功能计算结果的准确性。
     调度员潮流是PAS里重要的功能模块,其“研究态方式”(或称“假想方式”)的计算分析功能,既可使调度员进行即时的在线潮流计算,也可调用已保存的历史断面数据,进行离线的计算分析。在广州地调目前应用最多的是在线校核运行方式改变时电网的潮流变化情况,所得的计算结果是调度员分析判断运行方式改变是否可行的重要依据。调度员潮流是调度员的在线辅助决策工具,为实现由经验型调度向分析型和研究型调度提供了条件。
     电力系统静态网络等值也称为网络化简,是利用较小规模的网络代替较大规模的网络进行分析的方法。广东省电网是一个庞大的电网,而复杂的广州地区电网是通过不少的500kV、220kV线路与广东省电网并网运行的。目前广州地区电网仍未实现220kV电网的彻底解环运行,500kV变电站之间还通过220kV线路形成电磁环网运行。借助外网等值,将广东省电网的实时变化情况等值为较小规模的网络模型,能使在线的潮流计算的结果与实际更接近,使计算结果参考的作用更具可信性。
     PAS的使用在广州地调已初具规模,也在不断提高调度员的电网分析水平,也使广州地调从“经验型”调度逐步转变为“研究型”和“科学型”调度。PAS还有待继续完善,且PAS仍有部分的功能尚未开发,只有不断完善它,才能作更高级的应用。特别是今后广州地调要向智能电网方向发展,PAS各项的基本功能,是保证智能电网的实现的重要前提。
In this thesis, the basic theory and implementation method of the PAS (Power Application Software) are analysised in detail, including the Network Topology and Model, the State Estimation, the Dispatcher Power Flow and the Network Equivalence. Further more, the application effect is also discussed with some examples in Guangzhou Power Dispatch Center. The reaserch in this thesis has an important significance to improve the transfer from the experience-based to the science-based dispatching model.
     The Network Topology and Model including the equipment parameters and connection relationship are the basic of the PAS. PAS with a comeplete grid model provides accurate analysis results of the power system, more importantly, PAS offers more application functions than the traditional SCADA system.
     The function of the PAS State Estimation is used to provide reliable and complete data for the dispatcher power flow. In Guangzhou Power Dispatch Center, the PAS State Estimation is employed in several different areas, such as checking dubious datas and correcting the data error, the real-time state estimation results including the substation bus phase value are also used in the coupling loop. To sum up, the accuracy of the dispatcher power flow results is ensured by the reliable and complete data provided by the PAS State Estimation.
     The Dispatcher Power Flow, as an important module of PAS, is employed in on-line and also off-line power flow calculation. The analysis result is the significant basis for checking the change of power system operating mode. The Dispatcher Power Flow, as an aided decision-making tool, plays an important role in the implimentation of the science-based dispatching model.
     Power System Network Equivalence is the method for simulating a complicated power system by a simple one. Considering the complexity of Guangzhou Power System, the network equivalence function of PAS is essential to be employed, so that the power flow analysis result could be obtained conveniently.
     Now, PAS is popular used in Guangzhou Power Dispatch Center. With the continuous development and improment of the function, PAS will play a greater role in the power system operation.
