基于3G的移动目标监控系统的设计与实现

摘要
移动目标监控系统作为一种应用广泛的计算机系统,其研究与发展已经经历了数年。但GPS定位等技术在民用方面的应用日益成熟,为移动目标监控系统的研究与应用注入了新的动力。同时传统的移动目标监控系统,无论是硬件体系架构还是软件系统都已经不能满足各方面的需求了,暴露出很多的弊病,这些问题影响到系统的效率、可扩展性和维护性等。
     针对这一问题,本文在GPS、GIS、GSM(3G)技术平台的基础上,提出了一个移动目标监控系统的解决方案。该方案在总结传统系统构建方式不足的基础上,提出了基于3G平台的系统体系架构,系统采用GPS为信息收集手段、GSM为信息传递手段、GIS为信息表达手段;在系统体系架构的基础上,针对系统的核心——监控中心软件系统,提出了基础分布式三层结构的软件系统框架模型,希望能为类似系统的建立提供一个较通用的解决方案;最后本文在系统设计原理的基础上,分析了一个实例系统的详细设计与实现。
As a kind of wide applied computer system, Mobile-Target-Monitoring-System's (MTMS) research and development have experienced several decades. However, the increasingly maturation of some technologies like GPS' application for civil use has given new motive power to MTMS's research and application. At the same time, the traditional MTMS, including not only hardware architecture but also software system, cannot meet demand of every aspect, and display many disadvantages. All these problems have affected MTMS's efficiency, expansibility, maintainability and so on
    To solve these problems, this paper put forwards a solution of MTMS based GPS, GIS and GSM (3G). Summarizing the shortcomings of the traditional MTMS's building mode, this solution advances hardware architecture based 3G, which adopts GPS as information-collecting way, GSM as information-communicating way and GIS as information-displaying way. Based the above hardware architecture, this paper advances a software frame model based distributed 3-layer architecture in order to provide a general-purpose solution. Last of all, the paper analyses the detailed design and implementation of an instance system, which is based on the above system design principle.
