中国粉体工业信息网的设计与实现以及我国粉体技术的SWOT分析

摘要
本论文是围绕我国第一个粉体工程专业信息网络--中国粉体工业信息网
    (CINPT:Chinese Information Network of Powder Technology)的建设而进行的。
    论文主要是在清华大学材料系完成的。
    论文分为两个部分。第一部分论述中国粉体工业信息网络的设计和实现。首
    先阐述了论文的课题技术背景,然后就粉体工业信息网络的整体设计方案进行了
    分析,讨论了网络硬件的体系结构,和其他一些网络功能。确定了组网方案,注
    册域名和中文的网络实名,设计了WWW信息结构。中国粉体工业信息网的主要
    板块有:行业资讯、网上粉体展、粉体商务、国际交流、政策法规、纳米技术、
    会展信息、关注西部、专家介绍、企业名录等。分别申请注册了
    www.chinapowder.com、WWW.chinapowder.cn、WWW.chinapowder.com.cn、等万维
    网负责的域名和塞尔网络域名注册负责的WWW.chinapowder.edu.cn。网页的编辑
    与更新的网页制作应用软件主要有:Dreamweaver、Frontpage、Flash、Fireworks
    等。收集整理大量的粉体技术相关的最新信息,为广大的粉体企业用户开辟绿色
    通道,为销售和购买粉体设备以及粉体产品提供了平台,中国粉体工业信息网已
    经成为粉体信息的联系枢纽。作为以我国粉体工业的信息化为奋斗目标的全国大
    型专业网站,它的数据库具有信息量大,信息来源广,可提供各种专业技术咨询
    和服务等特点,而深受粉体工业界的广大企业用户以及相关专业人士的欢迎。
    论文的第二部分主要阐述我国粉体技术的现状,并利用SWOT分析方法对其
    进行分析。通过对粉体技术相关资料的收集和整理,包括粉体相关的文献、专利、
    企业名录、专家资料、新闻信息、会议、书籍、科研成果、技术交流等,运用SWOT
    分析方法,对我国的粉体行业进行分析,得到了SWOT分析结果,超微粉碎技术、
    纳米包覆技术、表面改性技术的现状位于防卫区;我国的专利申请、标准制定、
    部分粉体企业的现状位于分散区;科技成果、技术交流情况位于扩散区;大部分
    粉体企业位于撤出区。建议有:粉体工业协会早日成立,整合我国的规模小、竞
    争力差、技术落后的粉体企业;建议标准的制定采用标准体系的第二层行业标准
    制定。
This thesis is about the establishing of Chinese Information Network of Powder Technology (CINPT), which is the first information network on powder technology in China.
    The thesis is completed in Department of Material Science and Engineering of Tsinghua University.
    There are two parts in this thesis. Design and implementation of the CINPT have been introduced in the first part of this thesis. After the description of the technological background of this thesis, the whole plan of network designing has been analyzed, and the structure of the hardware system has been discussed and the other function of the CINPT has been indicated as well. The building plan of the CINPT was defined. And the donation name and the Chinese real name were registered too. The structure of WWW information was designed as well. There were some blocks in the CINPT, such as Industry News, Powder Exhibition on Line, Powder Business, Policy and Standard, Nanometer Technology, Meeting Express, Paying Attention to the west of China, Expert Introducing, and Company Database. Some Donation Name such as www.chinapowder.com. www.chinapowder.cn, www.chinapowder.com.cn. and www.chinapowder.edu.cn were registered. The editing language was HTML(Hyper Text Markup Language),and the editing software were Dreamwe
    aver, Frontpage, Flash, Fireworks etc. A lot of the newest information about powder technology were accumulated and were classified, which were convenient to the powder technology enterprises, the powder machines, and the powder technology products. The CINPT has been the center of powder technology industry in China. The target of the CINPT is to enhance the communication of powder technology in China. The CINPT is the first, biggest, professional network and is welcomed by plenty of people.
    The content of the second part of the thesis is the analysis of the powder technology in China applying for SWOT analyzing method. Lots of information were collected, such as patents, papers, journals, companies, experts, meetings, news, books, researching achievements, technology communications and so on.. The results of the SWOT analysis were as followed: ultra-fine technology, nanometer wrapper technology and surface function changing technology were in the defensive condition; patents and standards registering and some of the companies were in the diversifying condition; research achievement and technology communication were in the expanding condition; and the majority part of the powder enterprises were in the evacuating condition. It is recommended that : building the association of powder industry as soon as possible; merging the backward and small powder companies; formulating the standard by using the second level of the standard system.
