节能型数字镇流器研究

摘要
照明节能与高效运行技术是电力电子技术的一个重要的应用分支;实现照明系统节能化、动态化、实时化、网络化管理是经济和技术发展的必然趋势和要求,也是城市现代化的重要标志。本文根据实际需要,在总结了节能灯镇流器的工作原理和发展趋势的基础上,提出了一种便于实现网络化功能的节能型数字镇流器,介绍了其工作原理、硬件构成、参数计算以及其软件系统等问题。
     首先构建了整个系统的结构框架,主要包括滤波环节、整流环节、功率因数校正环节、阻抗匹配环节、微控制器数字控制环节、通信环节、调光环节等。根据要求阐述了各个环节的工作原理,结合各环节电路的发展趋势,设计了相关环节的硬件结构。根据所设计的硬件电路,对主要环节的关键参数进行了计算,给出了具体的参数值。
     详细介绍了数字镇流器中的微控制器数字控制部分。分析了主控单元、镇流器主控制电路、电力载波通信电路、调光电路等具体电路的工作原理,给出了其原理框图,研究了其在数字镇流器中的作用,评价了其电路性能。
     之后,对数字镇流器的软件系统进行了介绍。主要包括镇流器仿真软件和数字镇流器的工作软件流程,分析了数字镇流器的软件工作原理,给出了具体的软件流程图。
     最后,对数字镇流器的结构功能进行了验证,并对其整体性能与发展应用趋势进行了总结和简单介绍。
The technology that lighting runs economically and effectively is an important applying branch of power electronics. It is a necessary tendency and requirement of the development of economy and technology as well as the important sign of city modernization to realize economical, dynamical, real-timed and networked management to the lighting systems in city. The article puts forward a kind of energy-saving digital ballast convenient for network function on base of the summarization for the working functions and their development tendencies of ballasts used by energy-saving lamps on remand, introduces its working principle, hardware structure, parameter computation, software system etc..
     First, the structure frame of the whole system is established. It mainly includes the filter part, the rectifier part, the power factor regulator part, the microprocessor and digit controller part, the communication part and the dimming part etc. Then, the working principle of every part is explained and the hardware and software structure of the digital ballast is designed in require and combining with the development trend of every part. The key parameters of main parts are computed and their numerical values are offered.
     The microprocessor and digit controller part is introduced particularly. The working principles of main controlling unit, main controlling circuit of ballast, power line communication circuit and dimming circuit etc. are analyzed. Their function diagrams are provided. And their functions to digital ballast are studied. Then their circuit performances are assessed.
     After that, the software system of digital ballast is given. It mainly includes the emulation software introduce and working software flow of the digital ballast. The software working principle is studied and its flow charts are afforded.
     At last, the structure and function of digital ballast are validated, the performances of the whole system are summarized and the development direction and application trend of digital ballast are given a brief browse.
