王久源教授男科学术思想研究

摘要
导师王久源教授从事临床、教学、科研工作四十余年,颇多建树。本论文较全面系统地整理和研究了其男科的主要学术思想,有以下六个方面：倡导以“肾精”为中心；调补气血,重在冲任；精血同源,从肝治肾；治病求本,先后天共补；移情怡性,从心治疗；临证处方,发扬古义,继承创新,用药中正平和,擅抓主症,重用君药,紧扣病机,精选药物,方药醇正,剂型灵活,擅用对药、组药,师古不泥,自创男科新方。各论部分重点讲述阳痿、早泄,血精,慢性前列腺和前列腺增生及不育的临证思想和独特的诊治方法；最后略谈仲景方在男科临床的运用。导师一生的深厚丰富的学术思想尚须进一步的整理研究并逐步加以完善。
It has already been more than 40 years for my tutor Professor Wang Jiu yuan to work in the teaching, the scientific research and the clinically field and has got quite a lot of achievements.The thesis studied and summarized his main academic thoughts in andrology comprehensively and systematically and there are 6.aspects as following:to advocate " kidney essenceas "as the main treatment; to tonify qi and blood especially in chong and ren meridians; essence and blood come from the same origin and to treat kidney's problems from the liver's aspect; to treat diseases by root and to tonify the congenital aspects and acquired aspects together; to harmonize sentiment and to treat andrology problems from the heart's aspect; to inherit ancient classical formulas and to innovate new formulars based on them in the clinic. He is good at grasping main symptoms and selects gentle herbs carefully according to pathogenesis but more dosage for the monarch herbs. His formulars are classic and flexible which are modificated from the classical ones but not constrainted by them.he creates new andrology formulars by himself.
In the details of the thesis it focuses on the clinical thinking ways and unique diagnosis and treatment methods for erectil dysfunction,premature ejaculation, bloody sperm, chronic prostatis,benign prostatic hyperplaser and male infertility. Finally discuss simplely how to use those formulars created by zhang zhongJing in andrology. My tutor's life and rich academic thought still need further study and be consummate gradually.
