工业无线传感器网络智能节点研究与设计

摘要
近年来,无线传感器网络(Wireless Sensor Network, WSN)已经得到了全世界范围越来越多的关注。WSN的节点具有很小的体积,很低的成本以及有限的运算能力和存储空间。节点间通过无线信道进行通信,并通过自组织的方式组成网络,网络中的节点协作感知周围环境信息,并将结果发送给用户。本文设计了基于德州仪器(TI)CC2430芯片的可用于工业现场的WSN节点和网关并完成了网络管理流程的设计。节点可以通过RS232,RS485与传感器通信,并通过无线信道与网关通信。网关负责网络的构建和维护,并负责完成其他网络与WSN之间协议转换。
Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has gained more and more attention from all over the world in recent years. A WSN node is small, low-cost and has limited computing ability and memories. WSN nodes communicate with each other via the wireless channels and form a network in self-organized manner to sense the information from the environment in collaboration and send it to the user. The WSN nodes and gateway that can be used in industrial fields are designed based on CC2430 from Texas Instruments (TI) in this paper; network management process is also designed. WSN nodes can communicate with sensors through RS232 or RS485. Meanwhile, they are also capable of communicating with the gateway via the wireless channels. The WSN gateway is responsible for the formation and maintenance of the network and the conversion of protocols between other networks and WSN.
