孟安琪教授治疗肾虚型不孕症的经验总结

摘要
不孕症是指有正常性生活,未经避孕一年未妊娠者,称为不孕症。未避孕而从未妊娠者为原发性不孕;曾有过妊娠而后未避孕连续一年不孕者称为继发性不孕[32]。其病因复杂多样,但以肾虚型最为多见。西医治疗本病大多采用对症治疗,不能从根本上解决问题。而中医相对于西医的治疗手段,其无创性、灵活性、无副作用性等更易为广大患者所接受。吾师认为肾虚型不孕症虽以肾虚为本,但临床上常表现为本虚标实,虚实夹杂的复杂征象。吾师从医多年,理论联系实际,取古今众医家之所长,随症按时灵活用药,对本病的认识和治疗都有独到之处。吾师在临床上虽以补肾为重,但不只从中医分型入手,而是以中医结合西医:西医辨病、中医辩证,二者结合,治病求本,标本兼治,按时分期随症灵活用药,才能达到预期的疗效。故吾师临床上以西医辨病,再以中医对此病辩证分型,常见有肾气虚兼血瘀者和肾阳虚宫寒者,用自拟补肾汤加减用药,以施补肾益气养血之功,同时随症辅以温阳、滋阴、行气、活血、化瘀等治法,并按月经周期加减用药,同时根据西医手段随时诊察疾病的进程及疗效,效果显著。另外,对患者强调医从性及情绪调节等,既增强了患者的信心,也提高了疗效。

So my teacher with western medicine clinical disease, again with TCM disease dialectically points, common have kidney deficiency and blood stasis and kidney Yang palace with the cold, kidney medicine, to reduce tonga kidney shi qi gong, at the same time, along with the blood disease, nourishing, with cognition, promoting blood circulation to remove stagnation, gas, and such herbs and drugs, menstrual cycle according to western medicine at the diagnosis method and effect, the effect is remarkable. In addition, patients with emphasis on sexual and emotional healing from such as, adjust the confidence, strengthens the patients also improve the curative effect.
