基于古今医案数据分析的风湿病证治规律研究

摘要
中医文献是一个巨大的宝库,是医疗活动的真实记载,反映了医家的临床思想和经验。本文收集整理古今中医医案,运用数据分析的方法,通过收集整理古今中医医案,并与现代统计学分析相结合,对风湿病的证治规律深入分析。首先对历代医家医案中关于风湿病病的病名、病因、病机等方面进行发掘整理。其次,将古今医案中风湿病的症状、治法、方药建立数据库,利用SPSS16.0软件对其进行频数、因子、聚类等统计分析,综合处高频次症状和药物,分析病因、病机、用药特点及规律。进行频数分析得出,风湿病以关节疼痛、肿胀、麻木、晨僵等主要临床表现,治法以祛风、利湿、清热、通络、活血、行气、补虚为主。通过因子分析得出正虚是风湿病病发病的内在因素;外邪侵袭是风湿病发病的重要条件;痰浊瘀血既是病理产物又是致病因素。通过对症状、药物的聚类分析,得出风湿病常用的方药组成。最后,通过对统计结果的分析和对中医文献的研究,深入探讨风湿病症治方面的问题,探讨风湿病的病因病机;归纳总结风湿病的证治规律;简单总结风湿病的治疗方针。

For frequency analysis, rheumatism to joint pain, swelling, numbness, morning stiffness etc major clinical manifestations, herbs, with wind, heat, suits, tongluo, blood circulation, gas. Through the factor analysis is rheumatism disease pathogenesis is the intrinsic factor, The attacks from rheumatism is the important condition, Stagnant blood stasis and pathogenic factors as pathological products. Through the symptoms of clustering analysis, drugs, rheumatism. Used qi-deficiency. Finally, through the analysis of statistical results of TCM literature study and sickness, rheumatism, discusses the problems of cure rheumatism the etiology, Summarizes the rule treating rheumatism, Simple summary of rheumatism treatment guidelines.
