埕岛油田不动管柱堵水方法研究

摘要
由于埕岛油田属于海上油田,油井堵水存在局限性。施工时要求不动管柱,堵剂要求海水配制、环境友好、耐剪切。本文主要从堵剂、配套工作液和堵水工艺等方面研究了埕岛油田不动管柱堵水。针对埕岛油田条件(油藏温度65℃、海水矿化度29217 mg·L-1)优选出冻胶型堵剂和冻胶泡沫型堵剂。冻胶型堵剂研究了氧化还原铬冻胶、有机铬冻胶和酚醛树脂冻胶,针对常用冻胶配方进行性能评价,包括冻胶成冻时间、冻胶强度、冻胶的稳定性、抗剪切性能、封堵能力及耐冲刷性能等方面,得到了成冻时间和冻胶强度可调、稳定性及应用性能好的系列冻胶配方。冻胶泡沫型堵剂主要优选了起泡液各组剂包括气体的优选、起泡剂的优选、稳泡剂的优选和冻胶配方的优选。并对泡沫冻胶的起泡体积、半衰期和对地层封堵性进行评价,同时对冻胶泡沫的机理进行研究。针对埕岛油田条件研究了洗油前置液、后置液和破胶剂三种配套工作液,得到了埕岛油样的洗油前置液配方和破胶剂配方。研究了用高浓聚合物预处理地层的堵水方法,正交试验法优化了堵水参数,包括高浓聚合物质量分数、高浓聚合物注入量、注入速度和地层渗透率极差。试验表明不动管柱堵水方法能达到有效封堵目的层和保护非目的层的目的,能显著提高采收率。根据室内试验对埕岛CB11A-1井进行了堵水施工,达到了较好的堵水效果。
As for Chengdao Oilfield belong to offshore oil field, so exist limitations of water shutoff .When oil well Water Shutoff ,it ask for without Pulling String ,and water shutoff agent ask for make up with sea water , environmentally and resistant to shear . The key aspects about water shutoff without Pulling String in the Chengdao Oil Field were studied in this paper, including water shutoff agent, matching treatment fluid and water shutoff technology etc. Gel-type and frothy gel type water shutoff agents were chosen for further study according to the formation conditions of the Chendao oil field. oxido reduction chromium gel, organic chromium gel and phenolic resin gel were studied for Gel-typ, which is about gel application properties including gelation time, gel strength, resistance to shearing, shut off capacity and resistance to erosion etc. This research gains a serial of gel formulation with adjustable gelation time, strength and satisfactory stability. Optimise gas, optimise foaming agent, optimise stabilite agent and optimise Gel formula were chosen for frothy gel type water shutoff agents further study. Preflush,afterflush and gel breaker agents were studied at the Chengdao condition, obtaining preflush formulations fit forChengdao oil sample and gel breaker agents formulations. Studied the water shutoff method ,witch pre-treatment formation with high concentration of polymer, optimize water shutoff parameters by means of perpendicularity test, including mass fraction of polymer, intake volume of polymer, injection rate of polymer and permeability. Experiments show that the means of water shutoff without Pulling String can blank off water yield formation and safeguard oil layer, enhanced oil recovery apparently. According to the laboratory testing, water shutoff implement forCB11A-1,and attaind preferable water shutoff effectiveness.
