中国针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科系统分类研究(直翅目,蟋蟀科)

摘要
针蟋亚科Nemobiinae和蛉蟋亚科Trigonidiinae隶属于昆虫纲Insecta、直翅目Orthoptera、蟋蟀总科Grylloidea、蟋蟀科Gryllidae。蟋蟀总科昆虫全世界已知4000多种,中国已知约200种。
     本论文对中国针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科进行了系统的分类研究。通过形态分类研究,共描述纪录该2亚科、14属、54种,编制了中国该2亚科分属、分种检索表;采用支序分类方法,应用Phylip软件,得到了该2亚科的支序图,探讨了亚科内各属的系统发育关系;对针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科进行了生物地理学的初步研究,分析了该2亚科在世界及中国的分布格局;录制了该2亚科、7属、16种的鸣声,进行了时域特征及频谱特征分析,并编制了鸣声检索表。
     1.中国针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科形态分类研究
     形态术语主要遵从殷海生和刘宪伟编著的《中国蝼蛄总科和蟋蟀总科分类概要》的定义。所有研究标本均为针插干制标本。雄性外生殖器在Totic SMZ-140解剖镜下解剖,先绘制成虫外部形态特征及雄性外生殖器草图,再由Illustrator软件绘制而成。
     针蟋亚科全世界已知51属291种;蛉蟋亚科全世界已知47属624种(包括3化石属,5种)。本研究共整理、鉴定和描述中国针蟋亚科6属21种、蛉蟋亚科8属33种,其中包括12个新种(已正式发表9个新种)、2个新纪录属、1个新纪录种、4个新组合、恢复1种名、合并1异名。文中提供了亚科、属、种的特征,对每个种进行了详细的描述,还提供了各个种的主要文献引证、异名、观察标本和分布等信息,并编制了分属、分种检索表。
     12个新种:环角灰针蟋Polionemobius annulicornis sp. nov.,黑色同针蟋Homonemobius nigrus sp. nov.,云南异针蟋Pteronemobius yunnanicus sp. nov.,藏哑蛉蟋Metiochodes tibeticus sp. nov.,截叶哑蛉蟋Metiochodes truncatus sp. nov.,尖肢哑蛉蟋Metiochodes acutiparamerus sp. nov.,小哑蛉蟋Metiochodes minor sp. nov.,海南副突蛉蟋Amusurgus(Paranaxipha) hainanensis sp. nov.,双刺突蛉蟋Amusurgus(Amusurgus) bispinosus sp. nov.,小耳唧蛉蟋Svistella tympanalis sp. nov.,似唧蛉蟋Svistella fallax sp. nov.,安徽唧蛉蟋Svistella anhuiensis sp. nov.。
     2个中国新纪录属:同针蟋属Homonemobius Chopard,1935,奇针蟋属Speonemobius Chopard,1924。
     1个中国新纪录种:褐围拟蛉蟋Paratrigonidium fuscocinctum Chopard, 1925。
     恢复1种:黄褐突蛉蟋Amusurgus (Amusurgus) fulvus Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1893。
     合并1种:侧斑突蛉蟋Amusurgus lateralis Chopard,1969。
     提出4新组合:毛角灰针蟋Polionemobius pilicornis (Chopard,1969),暗黑灰针蟋Polionemobius nigrescens (Shiraki,1913),维妞唧蛉蟋Svistella venustula (Saussure 1878),疑唧蛉蟋Svistella dubia (Liu & Yin,1993)。
     新种模式标本及所有检视标本保存于华东师范大学(HSNU)、上海昆虫博物馆(IEAS)和上海师范大学(SHNUC)。
     2.中国针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科支序分类学研究
     支序分类研究采用Phylip-3.69软件,使用"pars"程序分析,选用26个性状,首次对在中国分布的针蟋亚科6属和蛉蟋亚科8属的亲缘关系进行了初步探讨,分别得到了针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科的支序图。结果显示:(1)针蟋亚科6属分为2支,其中异针蟋属Pteronemobius、灰针蟋属Polionemobius、双针蟋属Dianemobius聚为一支,且灰针蟋属和双针蟋属亲缘关系较近;奇针蟋属Speonemobius、麻针蟋属Marinemobius和同针蟋属Homonemobius聚为一支,且后两者亲缘关系较近,综合形态特征看,前一支的三个属都具发音器,而后一支的三个属均不具发音器。(2)蛉蟋亚科8属分为2大支,在第一支中,斜蛉蟋属Metioche与蛉蟋属Trigonidium,突蛉蟋属Amusurgus与哑蛉蟋属Metiochodes分别聚为一支;在另一支中,小黄蛉蟋属Natula与拟蛉蟋属Paratrigonidium,唧蛉蟋属Svistella与墨蛉蟋属Homoeoxipha分别聚为一支;前一支的四个属都不具发音器,后一支的四个属都具发音器。
     对2个亚科每个属各选取2种(不足2种则选1种),共选用32个性状,分别得到了2个亚科的支序图,基本支持属间支序图结果。
     3.中国针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科生物地理学研究
     对针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科进行了生物地理学的初步研究,结果显示:针蟋亚科呈世界性分布,蛉蟋亚科主要分布于热带区,少量分布于温带区;在中国,针蟋亚科广布全国,华中、华南、西南区稍多;蛉蟋亚科几乎只分布于上述3个区。
     4.中国针蟋亚科和蛉蟋亚科常见种鸣声芬类研究
     本论文对针蟋亚科3属8种、蛉蟋亚科4属8种的鸣声进行了研究。蟋蟀鸣声的录制使用Canon G9,采样率44.1kHz,录制完成后由Cool Edit Pro软件分析时域和频谱特征。经时域特征及频谱特征分析,结果显示:鸣声不能对2亚科的属间给予区分,但能较好地对同属不同种的蟋蟀进行鉴别。本论文建立了针蟋亚科3个属、蛉蟋亚科3个属常见种类鸣声分种检索表。
The subfamilies Nemobiinae and Trigonidiinae belong to Gryllidae, Grylloidea, Orthoptera, Insecta. There are about 4000 species in Grylloidea worldwide and about 200 species from China.
     This thesis deals with the taxonomic studies of the subfamilies Nemobiinae and Trigonidiinae from China. There are 54 species belong to 14 genera or subgenera of these two subfamilies from China, the keys to subfamilies, genera and species are given; the cladograms of genera in the 2 subfamilies are established respectively by cladistics with the Phylip software and their relationship is discussed; the distribution of these species in world and in China is analysed; songs of 16 species in 7 genera are recorded, time and frequency characteristics are analysed, the keys with songs characteristics to the species are given.
     1. Morphological taxonomy of Nemobiinae and Trigonidiinae from China
     Morphological terminology is adopted mainly from "Synopsis on the Classification of Grylloidea and Gryllotalpoidea from China" edited by Yin and Liu, 1995. All species are dry materials. Male genitirials are dissected with the stereomicroscope Totic SMZ-140. The morphological features are drawn on the draft and are decorated by the Illustrator software.
     There are 291 species,51 genera in the Nemobiinae and 624 species,47 genera in theTrigonidiinae, including 5 fossil species,3 fossil genera on the world. In this thesis,22species,6 genera in Nemobiinae and 33 species,10 genera or subgenera are reported from China, including 12 new species,2 new record genera from China,1 new record species from China,4 new combinations,1 species recover,1 speices synonym. Each subfamily, genus and species is described and the keys are given. The literature citation, synonym, specimen information and distribution are indicated.
     12 new species:Polionemobius annulicornis sp. nov., Homonemobius nigrus sp. nov., Pteronemobius yunnanicus sp. nov., Metiochodes tibeticus sp. nov., Metiochodes truncatus sp. nov., Metiochodes acutiparamerus sp. nov., Metiochodes minor sp. nov., Amusurgus (Paranaxipha) hainanensis sp. nov., Amusurgus (Amusurgus) bispinosus sp. nov., Svistella tympanalis sp. nov., Svistella fallax sp. nov., Svistella anhuiensis sp. nov.
     2 new record genera from China:Speonemobius Chopard,1924 and Homonemobius Chopard,1935.
     1 new record species from China:Paratrigonidium fuscocinctum Chopard, 1925.
     1 species recover:Amusurgus (Amusurgus) fulvus Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1893.
     1 species synonym:Amusurgus lateralis Chopard,1969.
     4 new combinations:Polionemobius pilicornis (Chopard,1969), Polionemobius nigrescens (Shiraki,1913), Svistella venustula (Saussure 1878), Svistella dubia (Liu & Yin,1993).
     The type specimens of the new species and all specimens are deposited in the following institutes:Biological History Museum of East China Normal University (HSNU), Shanghai Entomological Museum (IEAS) and Shanghai Normal University (SHNUC).
     2. Cladistic about Nemobiinae and Trigonidiinae from China
     The cladistical trees are established by Phylip-3.69 software and analysed by "pars" order.26 characters of 6 genera in the Nemobiinae and 8 genera in the Trigonidiinae are selected to set up the trees. The results were as follow:(1) 6 genera in Nemobiinae are divided into 2 clades. Genera Pteronemobius, Polionemobius, Dianemobius are grouped as 1 clade, and the later two genera are closer; genera Speonemobius, Marinemobius, Homonemobius are grouped as 1 clade, and the later two genera are closer. The species in the first clade have the tympan while the ones in another clade have no tympan. (2) 8 genera in Trigonidiinae are devided into 2 clades. Genera Metioche, Trigonidium, Amusurgus, Metiochodes were grouped as one clade, Trigonidium and Metioche are closer, Amusurgus and Metiochodes are closer; genera Paratrigonidium, Homoeoxipha, Natula and Svistella were grouped as one clade, Paratrigonidium and Homoeoxipha are closer, Natula and Svistella are closer. The species in the first clade have no tympan while the ones in another clade have the tympan.
     Then 2 species are selected in each genus (1 species if insuffient) to established two cladistical trees by 32 characters. The results are similar to the cladistic trees of genera menthoned above.
     3. Biogeography about Nemobiinae and Trigonidiinae from China
     The results about biogeography of the two subfamilies from China are as follow: Nemobiinae species are distributed all over the world and Trigonidiinae species are mainly distributed in the tropics; In China, Nemobiinae species are over the whole country, mainly in Middle China, South China and South-West China. Trigonidiinae species are mostly in these three areas above only.
     4. Taxonomy by songs about common species in Nemobiinae and Trigonidiinae from China
     Songs of 8 species,3 genera in Nemobiinae and of 8 species,4 genera in Trigonidiinae are described. Canon G9 are used to record the cricket songs which are analysed by the Cool Edit Pro software to obtian the time and frequency characteristics. The results showed that the songs can be used to distinguish different species in one genus, but it is difficult to differentiate between different genera. Keys to species with songs characters are given.
