当代大学生价值观教育中的心理学思考
摘要
大学生是未来民族发展的中坚力量。因此,加强对大学生的教育对我国的发展有着极为重要的地位和作用。这不仅关乎到国家的强盛,也关乎到民族的兴衰。就我国目前的国情而言,由于改革开放的实施不仅极大的促进了我国经济与文化的繁荣和发展,而且也给我国的高等教育也提供了发展的契机。这无疑是令我们感到可喜的一方面,但是,与改革相伴随的一些不良的思想在社会中也开始日益蔓延,逐渐影响着大学生的成长成才,在高校思想政治教育中最不能忽视的就是对大学生的价值观教育。
价值观是关于价值的一定信念、倾向、主张和态度的系统,属于价值的规范意识系统。是指一个人对周围的客观事物(包括人、事、物)的意义、重要性的总评价和总看法,价值观的形成和发展是一个复杂的过程,它受到多种因素的影响。价值观的形成和发展过程也是一定外界信息作用于一定的个体,经过个体的加工,内化为自身观念的过程。因此,价值观的形成发展的内在心理机制,可以运用现代认知心理学的基本原理来加以理解。就大学生的年龄结构和心理特定而言,由于他们正处于正在走向成熟的转化期。他们自身对外界事物的理解也呈现出属于自身性格的特点。突出表现在他们自身对价值的需求和理解上,往往并没有从国家、社会所倡导的价值观为出发点,而是以自身的实际条件为出发点来理解的。
心理学是一门专门研究人的心理现象发生、发展的学科。在社会发展过程中,虽然起步较晚,但是却取得了丰硕的成果。伴随着现在社会科学发展的交叉性和融合性。心理学也被广泛运用到了其他学科之中。就心理学在思想政治教育中的运用而言,则有助于人们科学把握思想政治教育主体、客体之间的相互作用和主体与客体的心理规律。在大学生思想政治教育实践中,对大学生的价值观教育已成为我国高校思想政治教育中的一个重要的范畴,尽管很多高校也尝试着将心理学领域的相关成果运用到思想政治教育中,但是就其在教育过程中的运用则相对较少。
本文主要从心理学的角度出发来思考当今大学生中所存在着价值观问题,以及围绕着大学生价值观形成的内在心理机制、社会因素等,进一步分析了心理学的相关理论在大学生价值观教育中的运用。在实践中,提出科学而有效的教育教学方法的价值,不仅提倡价值观教育要重视课堂的正面教育与情感体验教育,同时还要注意的是从影响价值观形成的隐性因素方面进行教育,这样将会大大提高大学生价值观教育的实效性。
