XS-ZY-125塑料注射成型机自动化改造及仿真研究

摘要
本论文所研究的塑料注射成型机是一个集机、电、液于一体的典型系统。由于注塑加工能够一次成型形状复杂的塑料制品,具有适应性强、效率高和后加工量少等特点,近几年得到了迅猛发展。塑料成型制品的市场需求持续增长也带动了市场对注塑机的需求增长。在大量进口产品涌进国内高端市场的同时,大批中小型塑料成型加工企业仍在使用老式中小克数注塑机。对这些老式中小克数注塑机进行技术改造具有非常大的现实意义。
     本设计通过对塑料注射成型机的功能分析,利用三菱FX2N系列可编程控制器完成了基于PLC技术的XS-ZY-125塑料注射成型机电气系统自动化改造的理论研究。对XS-ZY-125注塑机单肘杆合模机构力学特性和运动特性进行了分析研究,并在此基础上对其进行了优化设计,显著提高了合模速度、减小了占地尺寸。
     工业控制组态软件是使用灵活的组态方式,为用户提供快速构建工业自动控制系统监控功能的通用层次的软件工具。MCGS组态软件具有先进性、方便性、全面性、独特性等特点。本设计利用MCGS组态软件仿真注塑机合模动作循环。
     论文叙述了利用PLC技术对XS-ZY-125型塑料注射成型机电气系统进行自动化改造的方法、步骤,给出了详细的技术资料。并对基于组态软件MCGS的PLC仿真系统整体设计过程进行了详细描述。论文的重点在于PLC程序的编制以及通过组态软件实现PLC与计算机的通讯控制。
     本次工作试图通过对继电器控制的老式塑料注射成型机进行自动化改造帮助传统中小型塑料成型加工企业改进生产技术,提高产品质量,降低制造成本,增强市场竞争力。
The plastic injection machine which this paper focuses on is a typical system including hydraulic technology. Since injection processing can form complex- shaped plastic products at a time and contains many characteristics, such as strong adaptability, high efficiency and less post processing, it has developed rapidly in the past few years. The sustained demand growth of the plastic products on the market will certainly bring about the demand growth of the plastic injection machine. While a large number of imports gush into the high-end market, many small and medium-sized enterprises are still using old-typed plastic injection machines. Therefore, to carry on the technical innovation in these old-typed injection machines is of great practical significance.
     By analyzing the function of the plastic injection machine and using the PLC of Mitsubishi FX2N , this design has completed the theoretical research on the automatic reforming of electrical system in the XS-ZY-125plastic injection machines on the basis of PLC technology. Having made an analysis and research on the mechanics & motion character of the single arm-link clamping system of XS-ZY-125 plastic injection machine , it made an optimum design, therefore, increases the clamping speed and occupies less space.
     The industrial control configuration software uses flexible way, providing consumers with the software tools of industry auto control monitoring system. The MCGS configuration software has characteristics such as advanced , expedience, completeness, and peculiarity, etc. Using MCGS configuration software this design simulates the clamping motion cycles of the plastic injection machine.
     This paper gives an account of the methods and procedure of how to make an automatic reforming of electrical system in the XS-ZY-125 plastic injection machine using PLC technology and also provides the detailed technological materials. This paper describes in detail the whole designing procedure of PLC simulated system based on the configuration software. The key point of this paper lies in the PLC program-making and communication control with the computer through configuration software.
     This kind of job tries to make an automatic reforming of the old-typed plastic injection machine controlled by relay so as to help the traditional small & medium-sized plastic shape-processing enterprises improve the productive technology, better the product quality, reduce the manufacturing cost and enhance the competitive force on the market.
