基于性能的车辆转向架三维参数化CAD

摘要
随着三维图形技术和虚拟样机技术的发展,三维设计已经成为CAD技术应用的必然趋势。在国内,三维CAD技术在铁道机车车辆设计方面的应用主要集中在铁路客货车产品的三维实体造型、产品的有限元分析、标准件库的建立等方面;虚拟样机技术在铁道机车车辆设计方面的主要应用在高速铁路转向架设计中,而对基于性能的车辆转向架的三维设计亦处于探索阶段。本论文开发了基于性能的车辆转向架三维参数化CAD系统,它不仅可以提高车辆转向架的设计效率和设计质量,而且对后续的车辆转向架动力学分析提供了参数和依据,同时也符合了现代技术的发展要求。
     本论文结合西南交通大学牵引动力国家重点实验室211项目“机车车辆综合性能设计一虚拟样机平台研究”,根据机车车辆设计特点,提出了机车车辆虚拟样机工程的体系结构。针对虚拟样机分析模块的模型数据准备的部分,围绕三维CAD的核心技术:交互界面、三维模型及特征、数据库等本身,并以SolidWorks 2003为平台进行二次开发,建立了基于性能的车辆转向架的三维参数化CAD。将基于特征的三维参数化设计方法应用到车辆转向架主要零部件计算机辅助设计中,使得用户利用交互式的图形接口操作就可以方便地设计出系列产品的不同型号,实现了车辆转向架的车轴、车轮、弹簧的参数化自动设计,同时按照装配关系自动组装侧架、轴箱、摇枕结构等。系统深入研究了基于COM的SolidWorks API技术的应用过程,建立了系统的数据管理库;并以VC++6.0为开发工具,开发了系统友好的用户界面,同时以VB6.0为工具对车辆转向架主要零部件的属性进行提取。最后,按照虚拟样机项目后续的要求,采用STL的中性文件接口,建立了基于OpenGL的虚拟样机原型,使得能够再现转向架零部件的模型和属性数据,为后续的有限元分析和动力学计算提供必须的数据。
With the development of three-dimensional graphic technique and Virtual Prototype technique, three-dimensional design has already been inevitable tendency of CAD application. In China, the application of three-dimensional CAD technique on locomotive design mainly focuses on three-dimensional solid modeling finite element analysis building standardized component library, and so on. The application Virtual Prototype technique on locomotive design mainly focuses on high velocity bogie design. Overall three-dimensional design based on performance of vehicle bogie is at the stage of searching. This thesis develops three-dimensional parametric CAD system on the performance of vehicle bogie. It not only improves efficiency and quality of design, but also offers parameter and datum for the vehicle bogie kinetics analysis, which also fits in with development require of modern technique.
    Combing with the 211 project of locomotive and vehicle synthetical performance design-Virtual Prototype platform research project which belongs to National Traction Power Laboratory of Southwest Jiaotong University, the systemation of the locomotive and vehicle Virtual Prototype engineering has been put forward, which is based on the design character of locomotive and vehicle. In view of a prepared part of model data of Virtual Prototype analysis module, 3D parameric CAD of performance-based vehicle bogie which centres on the following key technique: interface three-dimensional models and feature database themselves etc., has been built up by using secondary development technology of SolidWorks 2003. The customs can conveniently design a series of different product by using interactive graphics interface operation and using the characteristic-based three-demensonal parameric design method to computer aided design about part and components of vehicle bogie. The system realizes the automatic parameric design o
    f shaft wheel and spring and the auto- assembling of side rack axle box and swivel block at the same time about vehicle bogie. On the support of SolidWorks API technique, COM-based 2nd development is studied in the thesis, and system database is set up. A friendly user interface is developed by using VC++6.0 as developing tool. Mostly part and components of
    
    
    
    vehicle bogie attribute are distilled by using VB6.0 as developing tool. In the end, the Virtual Prototype based on OpenGL is built which uses the neutral file interface of STL and which is in accordance with the follow-up demand of Virtual Prototype project, which makes the model and attribute data about bogie's part and componctsis being showed and which supplys the necessary data with the later finite anysis and dynamics calculatation.
