论我国现阶段高等教育收费制度与成本个人分担
摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善，中国高等教育免费制度已成历史，对高
等教育的投入产出进行分析，并在此基础上实行收费上学的制度正在探索中前进。建立
一套适合中国国情的高等学校收费体系和要求个人分担部分高等教育成本已成为实践的
迫切要求。
本文从高等教育投资的经济学原理分析入手，结合对我国经济增长和高等教育发展
的分析，试图建立一套适合我国国情的高等教育收费体系。进一步研究高等教育成本的
构成和实行个人分担的经济内涵，论述了高等教育成本分担的一般特征和原则要求，并
通过高等教育成本计量实践来探讨成本个人分担的科学模式。
With the development of socialistic market economy mechanism, free higher education in China has become history. More research is being done on the analysis of investment and production in higher education, on the basis of which, the system that students should pay the fee is to be set up. It's imperative to set up a tuition system with Chinese characteristics and have students pay for part of the cost of higher education.
This paper, based on economics theory of higher education investment, as well as the analysis of the economic development in China and the development trend of higher education, tries to set up a tuition system with Chinese characteristics. It further investigates into the elements of higher education cost and the economic connotation of self-financing. What's more, it discusses about the general features and principles of the shouldering of the higher education cost, and by the experience of the higher education cost, discusses about the scientific model of it.

迫切要求。
本文从高等教育投资的经济学原理分析入手，结合对我国经济增长和高等教育发展
的分析，试图建立一套适合我国国情的高等教育收费体系。进一步研究高等教育成本的
