青岛港港口物流发展研究

摘要
随着经济全球化和信息技术的迅速发展，各国的发展都面临前所未有的机遇与挑战，社会生产、物资流通、商品交易及其管理方式正在并将继续发生深刻的变革。与此相适应，被认为企业在降低物质消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三利润源”的现代物流业正在世界范围内广泛兴起。2001年以来，青岛港提出建设区域性航运中心、发展港口物流的发展战略。本文以此为背景，主要研究青岛港发展港口物流的背景、现状、策略和相关企业情况。
青岛港具备发展港口物流的良好优势：良好的港口交通条件、优越的区位条件、发达的基础设施建设以及相关的政策支持。青岛港目前的港口吞吐量在全国位居第三，发展港口物流的潜力很大。本文对青岛港未来的港口货物吞吐量做出了相应预测。众多优势显示了青岛港具备发展港口物流的良好背景。
目前，青岛港具备了发展港口物流的良好基础设施，在港口经营方式上，确立了建立港口物流中心的模式。目前在青岛从事物流经营的企业主要有外企船公司、传统的港口运输代理企业、部分制造企业以及港口物流企业，文章分析了他们在企业经营上的优劣情况。
现代物流业已经从为社会提供传统运输服务扩展到以现代科技、管理和信息技术为支撑的综合物流服务，以物流企业为主体、由运输和信息两大平台构成。本文具体分析了青岛港实施西移战略，建设物流中心和信息中心的港口物流发展规划和具体举措，并就相关问题提出了一些建议。对于港口物流企业的发展策略作了探讨和建议。
With the swift development of information technology and trend of the global economy integrated, various countries face unprecedented opportunity and challenge, social production, transportation, trade and management style are changing rapidly. The logistics, which is the third profit source of optimizing resource distribution and improving economic running quality, are developing widely. In 2001, the port of Qingdao planed to establish the regional shipping center and develop port logistics. This dissertation will study the background, present situation and policy and correlate corporation instance about it.
In Qingdao, there are many good advantages to develop port logistics: good transport condition of port, super section condition, advanced basic build of establishment and correlated policy. The output of Qingdao port is the third place in our country. There is great power to develop port logistics. There will be a forecast for the cargo output of the future in Qingdao port in this particle. Many advantages show that there is good background to develop port logistics in Qingdao.
Presently, there are good basic establishments to develop port logistics. In the style of managing port, Qingdao port has chooses to set up port logistics center. The corporations to engage logistics include outside shippers, traditional transport and supply corporations, some making corporation and logistics corporation in port. This particle gives analysis to their managing style.
Modern logistics have developed to supply combined service with modern management and information technology from providing traditional transport service. The main body is logistics corporation and logistics is sustained by transport flat and formation flat. This particle gives concrete analysis to the stratagem of west moving, building logistics center and information center of Qingdao. This particle brings forward some opinion to correlated problem. It also brings forward some developing plan to the development of logistics corporation of port.
