涟源转炉工程项目管理研究

摘要
近几年国内钢铁行业快速发展,各钢铁企业都在积极的进行产品结构调整以满足市场的需求;并通过新建、改建其基础设施,扩大自己的生产规模,以提高企业自身的生产能力,增加产品产量。但是由于钢铁企业新建、改建工程基建项目施工技术复杂,管理难度大,投资成本比较高;如果所以没有科学、合理的现代化的工程项目管理方法,将会导致工程质量不能达到预期目标,工程总成本增高,使企业自身利益受到损失。
项目管理作为管理科学的重要分支,从20世纪70年代开始,为项目的实施提供了一种有力的组织形式,便于人们对各种资源的利用进行有效的计划、组织、执行和控制。
本论文以涟源钢铁厂100吨转炉二期工程项目管理为研究对象,在综述项目管理理论的基础上,分析了涟源钢铁厂100吨转炉二期工程项目建设的外部条件和内部条件,指出实施二期工程建设的必要性和紧迫性。为了使二期工程建设能在高效、快捷、安全、低成本的情况下完成,本文着重对工程项目的进度管理、质量管理、安全管理等进行了较为系统的研究,并结合二期工程项目建设的特点以及公司在类似工程中积累的经验,编写了一整套相关的项目管理方案,并提出了相应的实施建议以指导该项目的建安工作。在研究过程中,注重对实践的指导性和应用性,提出的方法和手段具有较强的实用性,本文管理方案中所列举的控制方法和手段,不仅可以在今后实施的涟源钢铁厂100吨转炉二期工程中得到应用,而且对同类行业的大型建筑安装工程具有较好的借鉴意义。
The steel industry developing rapidly these years in China, every steel company adjusts its structure of product to satisfy the market' need; through new construction, reconstruction of its infrastructure, expanding its scale of production enhance their own capacity and increase product yield. However, because new construction and reconstruction of infrastructure projects of iron and steel enterprises are technically complex, are very difficult management, and are the relatively high cost of the investment. If there are no scientific and rational modern project management methods, it will lead to project quality that can not achieve the desired goals, and total project cost Increased so that their own interests are not hurt.
Since the seventies of the 20th , Project management has be regarded as an important branch of management science, offering an effective organizational form to the implementation of the project, which is convenient of People to effectively plan, organize, perform and control various kinds o f resources.
This paper in Lian yuan Iron and Steel Plant 100 tons of converter two project management for the study, summarized in the project management theory on the basis of Lian yuan Iron and Steel Plant 100 tons of converter two construction projects of external and internal conditions that implement the second phase project of building the necessity and urgency. In order to make two construction projects in the highly efficient, fast, safe and low-cost cases completed, the paper focuses on the progress of the project management, quality control, safety management to carry out a more systematic study and, in conjunction with two construction projects and the characteristics of similar projects in the experience accumulated in the preparation of a set of related project management programmers, and the corresponding recommendations to guide the implementation of the project work.
