Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4在大白鼠消化道内生存状态及其对血脂和血压的作用研究

摘要
随着现代社会不断向老龄化发展,人类的主要死亡原因及疾病的种类也发生了变化;其中高血压症患者数量更是居高不下,而且有患者年轻化和患病人数逐年增加的趋势。目前各界人士已普遍认同发酵乳的营养保健作用,对其作用机理的研究成为关注的热点。因此,研究发酵乳乳酸菌对高血脂症轻微患者的改善效果及开发具有预防健康人患高血脂症作用的发酵乳制品变得更重要;但是,目前还不清楚发酵乳及降低血脂因子的作用机理。为此,本实验给大白鼠饲喂Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4母液及用它发酵的发酵乳,研究乳酸菌在消化道内的生存状态、对血清胆固醇浓度、甘油三酯浓度及血压的影响。研究结果表明:1.Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4对胃酸、胆汁酸具有耐受性;2.Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4对血清总胆固醇未发现有降低作用;3.Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4对血清甘油三酯具有降低作用;4.Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4对血管紧张素交换酶(ACE)有一定的阻碍其活性能力,对血压具有一定的降低作用。本研究结果将为进一步研究Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4作为益生菌广泛利用奠定理论基础。
As members of today’s society advance in age, diseases along with causes of death have changed drastically. New ailments have been discovered such as hypertension. It is a serious sickness, that has inflicted numerous people. That number may increase with the possibility of young persons becoming among its victims. People came to realize the nutritious value of dairy products especially fermented milk. It has several benefits to human health. Thus, research pertinent to manner in which it improves health, has intensified. It is essential to study its positive impact upon slightly inflicted patients with hyper blood fat syndrome. It is also fundamental to develop the fermented dairy products that would prevent and control that syndrome among healthy individuals. However the function of fermented milk and its decreasing blood fat mechanism are unknown. Experiments were conducted on rats. They were fed Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4 undiluted liquid, and fermented milk originated from this kind of liquid. The existence state of Lactobacillus in the digestive tract, its effects on serum cholesterol concentration, triglyceride (TG) concentration and its impact upon blood pressure were studied. The result could be summarized as follows:1- Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4 was tolerant to gastric acid and bile acid. 2- Lactobacillus acidobacilus 130B4 does not affect the total serum cholesterol concentration.3-It decreases the serum TG level. 4-It limits the activity of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and decrease the blood pressure to some degree. The result will establish the theoretical foundation of Lactobacillus acidophilus 130B4,which could be used as probiotics widely.
