北京华贸中心工程项目建设管理策划研究

摘要
工程项目管理是工程建设者运用系统工程的观点、理论和方法，对工程的投资、管理、进度、效益及决策，规划设计，实施建设，运营维修进行全方位、全过程的管理。一个工程项目在完成的整体过程中，对于国民经济的增长和可持续发展有重要的影响。
本文从投资方工程项目管理的角度对北京华贸中心工程项目建设管理模式、组织机构的设立、工程工期控制、质量控制、安全控制、投资控制、工程招投标管理、合同管理、信息管理、施工现场管理、竣工验收及项目后评价管理、风险管理等方面作了较深入的研究、分析，制定出一整套适合本工程项目特点及市场定位的工程项目的建设管理策划方案。
主要目的：就是根据本工程项目的特点及市场定位，结合国际国内工程项目建设管理的最新技术、最新理论制订出一套适合“华贸中心”工程特点及要求的建设组织策划方案，从而指导本工程项目的总体开发建设，最终实现该工程项目制定的工期、质量、安全、文明施工及投资控制目标，以最小的投入获得最大的利润、最大的社会效益。
主要内容包括：1)工程项目管理概述及工程项目建设组织策划编制依据。2)工程项目建设管理总体思路。3)建设管理的内容、范围、组织机构及职责划分。4)工程项目管理的目标确定。5)工程项目竣工验收及项目的评价6)工程项目建设管理流程及管理制度。
The thesis shows that project management is that constructors supervise the investment, management, progress, profit, strategic plan, design, construction and maintenance with opinions, theories and methods of systems engineering. During the course of its construction, a project influences greatly the increase and sustainable development of national economy.
This paper presents a study and analysis of project management organization's set up, progress control, quality control, safety control, capital control, bidding management and construction spot management, risk management etc. And on the basis of the study and analysis, a set of strategic plan about project management appropriate for Beijing Huamao center is worked out.
The article aims at making a set of design about project management and a total developing plan orienting towards Beijing HuaMao center, finally realizing the setting goal of progress, quality, safety and investment control, receiving utmost profit and social welfare with the minimal cost.
The main contents of this paper are as follows:
