清代民国时期东北土特产经济述略
摘要
本文的研究对象是清代民国时期的东北土特产。历史悠久的“东北三宝”与种类众多的农副业土特产品,共同参与了清代民国时期东北经济的演变进程。通过考察东北土特产生长的自然环境得知,独特的自然条件对其具有决定性作用。政府特设的土特产管理机构及举措,是其发展的推动力量。本文以久负盛名的“东北三宝”、移民特产柞蚕以及烧酒、东珠、蜂蜜等为代表,概述了其发展的自然条件,阐述了土特产经济状况。东北土特产影响了东北社会的经济生活,并具有特殊的意义。从传统商路、近代通商口岸、近代铁路的角度考察,土特产品对东北商道交通也起到了促进作用。土特产不仅丰富了东北人民经济生活,而且形成了独具特色的东北采捕习俗。伴随着东北封禁与弛禁、移民等重大历史事件,土特产成为东北农业的补充部分。总之,土特产在东北的开发过程中经历了自然物产到商品化产品的演变,奠定了当今东北土特产发展的模式。
This article focus on the special and local products of china’s northeast during the Qing Dynasty and the republic of china. In the Northeast society, the exploitation, cultivation and trade of the native product all are involved in the development of Northeastern. During the period of the Qing Dynasty, as the "three treasure of the northeast" many specialties are highly valued by the ruling class. Precious Northeast native products were stamped by the Royal silks. There was strict control of the capturing and trading of northeast native products by the Government. There is a trend that the commercialization of specialties during the period of republic of china. The specialties participated in the local economy of northeast actively. With unique they are sell both in Chinese and foreign markets. In the rule of the Manchukuo, Northeast native products experienced abnormal development stage. Most of the native products become deregister products, as a resource of raw materials of Japan's wars of aggression. All of those put a great impact on the development of the Northeast native products.
Economics as a subject of economics, the special and local products of Northeast also need be explored from the history angle. This paper attempts to analysis the social implications of the native products. And this article also can help us to understand the development of the special and local products of northeast. During this period, the development of the northeast Specialties actually are the same as the current pattern and type of production, laying a Northeast native products profound historical origins and the present of our native products Northeast political, economic and cultural functions have a positive impact .
There are six parts of the article.
In the first part, the author described the unique natural conditions of the Northeast native products. Distinct climatic conditions, the soil fertile farmland, adequate resources and rivers and forests, grassland resources are bred northeast native products of superior natural factors
In the second part, the author introduced the management of the Northeast native products and the development of the policy Specialties. Specialties northeast of the Qing Dynasty for the special agencies - a Amun offerings urapidil Explorer institutional setup, the division of functions clearly reflects the Qing government to the importance of Northeast native products.
