基于反求工程的定扭矩螺栓联接功能分析与研究

摘要
本论文对定扭矩螺栓的功能原理、结构以及材料性能等进行了反求分析。提出了定扭矩螺栓强度设计方法。通过静力以及动力学计算验证了分析的结果。并利用ANSYS有限元软件对定扭矩螺栓的工作过程进行了仿真。最后提出定扭矩螺栓的加工工艺,试制的定扭矩螺栓通过拉断试验、现场试验均取得了较为满意的结果。经实践证明,本文的反求过程是基本正确的。
The function principle, structure and material performance of fixed torque bolt are studied in the way of Reverse Engineer in this thesis. The intensity design method has been put forward. By quiet strength and Dynamics calculation, the analysis results have been verified. And ANSYS software of finite element method is utilized to emulate the working course of fixed torque bolt. The processing technology has also been put forward. Through breaking testing and test on spot, the trial-produced fixed torque bolt has made comparatively satisfying result. By practice, the Reverse Engineer of is proved to be correct.
