葡萄干颜色分选机的研究

摘要
本文针对葡萄干色泽不一的特点,为了使绿色的葡萄干从中分选出来,提高其品位与质量,从总体上设计了一种新型的光电色选机:葡萄干颜色分选机。
     本文论述了葡萄干颜色分选机设计思想及其工作原理和结构特点,并探讨了供料系统中电磁振动原理及光学系统中的核心元件面阵CCD,提出了一种新型的分选装置:电磁快门。从图像处理的基础谈起,介绍了葡萄干颜色分选机图像处理的硬件、软件系统。利用黄绿葡萄干图像的位图文件格式中像素值-RGB的差异,对CCD采集到的静止葡萄干图像进行了软件编程,对CCD采集到的运动葡萄干图像进行了图像处理,并在大量实验中检验了分选的可行性。
     在完成的样品机实验中,葡萄干能够有序、匀速通过光学检测区,通过计算机的相应处理后,最终由电磁快门快速准确的完成分选任务,检测结果表明生产率为120~150kg/h,满足设计的要求。
Based on the point that raisins have the different colours ,in order to sort the green raisin from the various colour raisins, the paper desgins a new kind of elector-optical colour sorter : colour sorter for raisin,with which raisins quality can be enhanced.
    The paper discusses the design ideology ,working principle and structure characteristic for the colour sorter for raisin,it discusses electromagnetism libration principle in the feed system and the face CCD in optical system -and puts forward a new kind of sorting setting:electromagnetism shutter.lt introduces hardware and software system of image process for colour sorter for raisin. It makes used of difference of RGB in bitmap files and programs to raisin's images.Through many experiments the possibility of the sorter has already been proved.
    In the completed experiment of sorter,the raisin can go orderly through the optical detecting system and can be sorted accurately by electromagnetism shutter. The result indicates its productivity is 120-150kg/h ,the demands of the design are satisfied.
