螺杆泵驱动头性能检测试验台研制

摘要
螺杆泵是一种新型的采油设备,在国内外应用日益广泛,它主要由两部分组成,地下部分是定子和抽油杆相连的转子,地面部分是和井口部分相连接的驱动头。由于这种采油装置体积小,耗能少,安装方便,能对稠油、高含气、含砂油进行开采,所以,近年来得到了广泛的应用。根据国内螺杆泵采油技术发展的现状,在螺杆泵的推广应用过程中暴露出驱动头质量不稳定的问题。为了能够对螺杆泵的驱动头进行全面的性能检测,为使用单位提供高质量的指标和参数,也是对制造和设计部门负责,研制专门用于检测螺杆泵驱动头性能参数的试验台是十分必要的。
     本试验台的主要目的是在试验室内模拟现场使用工况,即在一定转速下向驱动装置施加实际工作时所需的扭矩和轴力,并在此条件下检测驱动头的功率、效率、转速、扭矩、轴向力、减速箱油池温升、动密封性能、工作噪声等各项指标,为评价螺杆泵驱动性能提供科学依据。试验装置主要包括七大系统:①扭矩加载系统;②轴向力加载系统;③动密封试压系统;④承载平台及钢结构;⑤动力系统;⑥控制系统;⑦计算机检测系统。
     本论文的工作包括上述试验台的系统设计、安装、调试、操作保养规程的制订、试运转以及现场的实际检测和误差分析等内容。
A screw pump is a new kind of pumping equipment, which is getting more and more widespread application both overseas and domestically. A screw pump consists of two components: the underground component and the aboveground component. The underground component contains the stator and the rotator that is connected with the sucker rod. The aboveground component is the driving head connected with the wellhead. As it is of smaller volume, lower energy consumption, can be mounted conveniently and suitable of recovering thick oil and oil containing sands and more gases, this kind of pumping unit, consequently, has got widespread application recently. According to the current situation of production technology of domestic screw pump, unstable quality problem of the driving head is exposed in the course of popularizing and applying screw pumps. In order to take a comprehensive performance test to screw pump driving heads, to provide high quality of indexes and parameters for production units, and to be responsible to the manufacture and design branches, it is necessary to develop a test apparatus used specially to test the performance parameters of screw pump driving heads.
    The main purpose of the test apparatus is simulate the oilfield working condition of driving heads in laboratory, that is, to apply on the torque and axial force needed in actual operation at certain rotational speed. In this condition the performance indexes of driving heads, such as power, efficiency, rotational speed, torque, oil temperature of retarder, dynamic seal performance, working noise, are tested. This provides scientific basis for evaluating the driving performance of screw pumps. This test apparatus mainly includes seven systems: torque applying system, axial force applying system, dynamic seal pressure test system, load-supporting platform and steel structure, power system, control system and computer test system.
    The work of the paper is composed of the systematic design, mounting, adjustment, service manual, test run, actual test, error analysis, etc of the test apparatus.
