装配整体式预应力夹层板承载能力极限状态的试验研究

摘要
本文所研究的装配整体式预应力夹层板楼盖是适用于大开间、大柱网高度在50m以下的各种建筑的楼盖结构体系。与传统的装配式预应力楼盖和现浇楼盖不同,它是将现代预应力技术和叠合结构体系相结合的一种新式楼盖形式,具有重量轻、抗裂性强、承载力高、整体性好以及保温、隔音等诸多优点。本文通过试验研究,系统的分析了其破坏形态、结构受力性能、极限承载能力。
     试验模型为足尺寸6m×6m柱网双跨连续板。由8块6000×1500mm预应力夹层板组装成楼盖的底板,通过在底板上二次浇筑混凝土叠合层,形成装配整体式楼盖结构。在板侧缝内施加后张法无粘结预应力,在构造上利用板侧伸出的钢筋相互搭接实现横向传力,变单向受力为双向受力形成装配整体式楼盖结构,可明显改善楼盖结构的受力性能。
     试验加载采用双跨均布荷载和活荷载不利组合两种工况,确定出板的极限承载力。为配合整体模型试验,还进行了一系列混凝土力学性能试验。
     通过试验研究,得出板荷载-挠度关系,观测了板裂缝的分布和发展状态,分析了控制截面处的应变变化。确定出板的破坏状态和受力性能。本文应用SAP2000有限元程序对试验模型进行了研究,分析了这种楼盖结构的极限承载能力,并与实测承载力进行了对比,计算中考虑了开裂后各杆件刚度的修正。此外,对这种楼盖结构的板侧连接构造和预制板与钢梁间连接构造进行了试验研究,证明了这些构造措施是可靠的。
     最后,本文介绍了这种预应力夹层板和装配整体式楼盖的施工操作工法。还与其它楼盖结构形式进行经济技术对比。
This paper mainly discussed one type of two-way superposed slab floor with prestress in one way. The lower layer of the superposed floor is precast-prestressed sandwich slab, and the upper layer is cast-in-situ concrete. Reinforcements set in the precast slabs lapped with each other at the side of it. In this way, the floor stand loads in two ways. Adopting unbond prestress improve mechanical behavior of the superposed floor.
    The detail procedures of the loading test on the ultimate bearing capacity under different load cases and the author's first-hand experience during the tests are documented in the paper.
    Based on the experimental performance, it has been verified that the superposed floor assembled by the precast-prestressed sandwich slab working under the design and the reliability of the lateral connecting character of the slab.
    To explain the experimental results in quantitative terms, a theoretical model of the 6m X 12m continuous floor was developed based on the cross-beam finite element method. Considering the concrete cracking, the bent rigidity was corrected in terms of Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB50010-2002). With the receivable deviation in engineering, the calculated deformations and the ultimate capacities calculated by the formula of Code are shown to be in satisfying agreement with the experimental results.
    In addition, the structural form, character and the construction technology of the prestress floor were studied.
    Finally, the paper made a economic analysis of the floor by comparison with other plan.
