板式家具企业零部件标准化的研究

摘要
近几年,中国家具业得到了前所未有的高速发展。生产和贸易的扩大,使得中国家具业站在了世界贸易的前列。各个企业为了求得更好的发展,在企业内部进行多方面的调整,以此来提高生产效率、增大产品的竞争力。随着标准化理论在家具行业的深入,现在已经认识到实行标准化是企业与国际接轨的重要手段。在“板件即是产品”理念的提出下,零部件的标准化对降低生产成本,提高企业生产率有着重要作用。
本文针对板式家具企业,对家具零部件标准化主要内容和制定方法进行了探讨。具体内容如下：
首先阐述了标准化和板式家具的概念及其二者的关系,对在企业实施零部件标准化重要意义进行了叙述。接着提出零部件标准化的主要内容为尺寸标准化、结构标准化和工艺标准化,并从这三个方面分别对其内容和制定方法进行了探讨。尺寸标准化中零部件可以从厚度、功能、形态、通用性、材料五个方面进行分类；结构标准化主要是指接口和五金连接件的标准化,而32mm系统孔是其实现的主线；工艺标准化是从零部件的工艺文件、符号、规程、要素等进行标准化,并指出加工设备布置的合理性影响标准化的实施。最后对企业零部件管理机构的建立做了分析,提供适应家具企业检验零部件标准化经济效果的一系列计算公式,以此来检测标准化成果。
总之,零部件标准化是一项复杂工程,本次研究主要从内容和方法上为企业标准化工作提供指导,希望对准备建立企业标准的家具生产企业有所帮助。
In recent years, the Chinese furniture industry obtained the unprecedented high speed development. The production and the trade expansion, caused the Chinese furniture industry to stand in the world trade front row. Each enterprise carries on the various adjustment in the enterprise interior, in order to obtain a better development, and by this, to enhance the production efficiency and increase the product of the competitive ability. Along with the standardized theory in furniture profession thorough. Now already realized which the implementation standardization was the important method which the enterprise and international are in line with. Put forward at the "the plank piece is the product"' s principle under, the standardization of spare part have the vital role which can reduce the production cost and enhance the enterprise productivity.
This article has discussed the main content of the furniture spare part standardization and the formulation method which was about the plank style furniture enterprise. Concrete content is as follows:
First elaborated the concept of the standardized and the plank style furniture and the relations of them, and discussed the vital significance to implemented the spare part standardization in the enterprise. Then proposed the main content of spare part standardizations which are the size standardization, the structure standardization and the craft standardization, and separately has carried on the discussion about its content and the formulation method from these three aspects.In the size standardization,the spare part may carry on the five aspects classification from thickness, the function, the shape, the versatility, the material. The structure standardization mainly is refers to the connection and the hardware bridge piece standardization, but the 32mm system hole is its realization master line; The craft standardization is from the standardized of the spare part technological document, the mark, the regulations, the essential factor and so on carries on, and pointed out the processing equipment arranges rational influence standardization implementation.Finally has made the analysis to the establishment of the spare part management structure in enterprise,Provided the a series of formula which can adapt furniture enterprise to examine the economic effect of spare part standardization,And examined the standardized achievement by this.
In brief, the spare part standardization is a complex project.This research mainly provides the instruction from the content and in the method for the enterprise standardization work,hoped that can have the help for the furniture production enterprise which prepares to establish the enterprise standard.
本文针对板式家具企业,对家具零部件标准化主要内容和制定方法进行了探讨。具体内容如下：
首先阐述了标准化和板式家具的概念及其二者的关系,对在企业实施零部件标准化重要意义进行了叙述。接着提出零部件标准化的主要内容为尺寸标准化、结构标准化和工艺标准化,并从这三个方面分别对其内容和制定方法进行了探讨。尺寸标准化中零部件可以从厚度、功能、形态、通用性、材料五个方面进行分类；结构标准化主要是指接口和五金连接件的标准化,而32mm系统孔是其实现的主线；工艺标准化是从零部件的工艺文件、符号、规程、要素等进行标准化,并指出加工设备布置的合理性影响标准化的实施。最后对企业零部件管理机构的建立做了分析,提供适应家具企业检验零部件标准化经济效果的一系列计算公式,以此来检测标准化成果。
总之,零部件标准化是一项复杂工程,本次研究主要从内容和方法上为企业标准化工作提供指导,希望对准备建立企业标准的家具生产企业有所帮助。
