网络DNC集成环境下的数控加工技术研究

摘要
计算机网络技术与信息技术的飞速发展推动着制造业的变革,数控技术的网络化成为现代企业竞争的重要手段之一。本文将计算机技术与制造技术相结合,研究网络化数控制造中的关键技术。通过对相关技术的国内外现状的分析对比,以数据库技术、网络通信技术为基础,搭建了网络化数控加工的硬件平台,建立了该平台上数控加工的管理方案,并编制软件予以实现。主要内容有:
     (1)阐述了制造业的发展及其网络制造技术,建立了网络化数控加工管理平台,并针对平台的不同模块进行了详细论述。
     (2)采用协议转换联网控制方案搭建硬件平台。以高性能微机为主机,用串口服务器来实现协议转换功能。RJ-45网口通过普通网线与协议转换模块相连,通过协议转换后与数控机床相连。
     (3)开发网络化数控加工的集成管理软件。软件主要包括用户管理、数控程序管理、加工任务管理、加工设备管理、机床通信等模块。本文重点开发了数控程序管理模块,包括数控程序的查询和转换,实现数控程序在不同数控系统之间的转换;加工任务和设备的管理主要是通过相关制造信息的查询为车间生产调度提供必要的信息和依据;机床通信模块主要解决异构机床的通信,在同一平台下通过对通信参数的不同设置实现对异构数控系统的支持。
     本文采用Visual C++和SQL Server进行编程,以MOXA的NPort5410为串口服务器,搭建了网络化数控加工平台,完成了管理平台的框架设计,实现了重要模块的编程,验证了网络化制造的实现过程。在文章的最后展示了重要模块运行的界面,并在FTC-30数控多功能车削中心和FANUC加工中心上进行了加工验证,达到了预期的效果。
With the rapid development of Computer network technology and information technology, the manufacturing industry has changed much. Numerical control (NC) technology in networked environment has become an important means for modern enterprises' winning in the competitions. In this paper, it studies the key technologies of networked manufacturing in the workshop through combining the computer technology and manufacturing technology. By the research of the present studies of related technology at home and abroad, and on the basis of the database technology, network communications technology, this paper has built the network structure of the hardware platform, and set up the management plan of the NC technology under net-worked DNC, and designed the software to achieve it. The major contents are including:
     Firstly, this paper introduces the development of the manufacturing industry and its network manufacturing technology, then brings out the network manufacturing management platform, and discusses the different modules of the platforms in detail.
     Secondly, it uses networking control protocol conversion method to set up the hardware platform, using high-performance computer as the host, with the serial server to achieve such a protocol conversion function.RJ-45 LAN network port links to the protocol conversion module then connects with CNC machine tools.
     Finally, this paper designs the software to achieve the integrated management of NC programs, mostly including user management, NC program management, task management, equipment management and machine tools communication models. It focuses on the module of NC programs management, including the NC programs' conversion and query. It has achieved the NC program conversion among different numerical control systems. The task and equipment management module primarily supply the manufacturing information through querying for the workshop production scheduling; machine communication module mainly solves the communication problems between the heterogeneous tools. It proposes to build generic DNC communication system and set different parameters to support the communication between the heterogeneous tools in the same platform.
     This paper has applied Visual C + + and SQL Server programming to design the system and used NPort5410 from MOXA as serial server, set up a network CNC machining platform, completed the framework design of the platform, achieved the important module of the system, verified the whole network manufacturing. Finally, the article displays the running interface and runs on the FTC-30 multi-function lathe centers and CNC Machining Center to get the desired results.
